I live in the Tri-Cities so this is one of my “go to” courses. Improvements are being made to speed up play such as filling in traps partially and grassing them but there is still more work to do. Some trees have been cut down, also iI feel to speed up play. There is signage in the carts to encourage faster play, however no one is monitoring players who disregard the signs and play very slow. My wife and I played as a two-some behind 4 older men who never offered to let us play through although we waited for them after every shot. They drove their carts right up next to greens and even on par 3’s drove off cart paths. Courses need to have at least one Ranger to monitor activity like this.

Beautiful course
One of my favorite courses in the tri-cities area. With the dry conditions we’ve experienced a couple of the greens had some bad areas. A challenging course but fair too.

Great facilities and course
Personnel always friendly and helpful! Great practice facility. Driving range, pitching/chipping green and sand bunker.
The sand bunkers have been cut and sod stacked on the greenside. Absolutely beautiful and menacing if your ball rolls up type to the base. I recommend it to all and liik forward to my next trip

Beautiful Course
This course has a great layout without being too difficult. I stopped in to play from out of town and couldn't have been happier. Others complained about the greens but I found most of the greens to be fine and the rest of the course to be in perfect condition.
