About
Nashboro Golf Club sits just outside of Nashville's city center, and offers good times and good tests.
Nashboro Golf Club is home to a classically designed par-72 championship golf course that measures 6,887 yards; manicured Bermuda fairways give way to premium bentgrass greens. Grass aficionados will also be happy to know that the fairways and roughs both get plenty of rye grass seeds during the winter, allowing for ideal playing conditions year-round. All levels of golfer can get into the course's beauty - the fairways are lined with both mature trees and great vistas - and the strategically-placed water hazards and bunkers will also challenge seasoned golfers and novice golfers alike.

Solid time!
I really hate that there’s no driving range, that’s a major deterrent for me because I like to get some practice in beforehand. However, outside of that the place was great. Greens were taken care of (a bit slow due to wetness by no biggie), fairways good for this time of year. Nice staff. Got a great deal thanks to GN so I was super happy with my experience.

Not coming back
The course is very urban and snakes through apartments. Pace of play was very slow… a lot of waiting. I got bored with the round and didn’t feel like playing the back so asked for a refund for a nine hole rate. The guy in the shop said his computer would only allow him to give me a rain check which I declined because I don’t live in the area. Could have easily given me a cash refund but decided to be difficult.

Best Memory Ever
One of the nicest courses I had the honor to play while vacationing in Tennessee. The undulated greens and drop-off tee boxes makes this a challenging course. Also popped the question on the 5th tee box!!
ULTIMATE BANG FOR YOUR BUCK!
I absolutely love this course!! The only true negative to this course is there is no Range. I play more than most, so It isn’t an issue for me but I can see a gripe for the super casual player. The main I look at when I play “Muni” is the greens. These things are awesome. They aren’t Gaylord Springs or Hermitage, but you’re also not paying $100 for a round. It’s the perfect balance for me. They have some cute little holes that require finesse and some holes that you can bomb It. One slight gripe also is that the greens had quite a bit of debris on them (leaves etc.,) that could’ve been blown off that morning very easily. But also we can bend over and move them so no sweat. I really do love the course, but pro tip: keep your ball below the hole:)

I would recommend a driving range. Also better signs of when to take your cart on the course or to stay on path.

Rollercoaster Layout
If you love a course with lots of elevated tees and greens, Nashboro will not disappoint. If you prefer straight up and back holes with lots of parallel fairways, Nashboro is not for you.
If you like fast greens, Nashboro has got you covered. If you hate side hill lies, go somewhere else.
The course is in pretty good shape considering we just went over 30 days without a drop of rain. They are patching the fringes of several fairways with new sod and there are a couple greens with small bare patches, but overall the fairways and the greens are running true.
My foursome played in 4:15 on a Saturday which could have been faster if some of us hadn't visited the woods so often...

Nashboro
The course is in great condition and is probably one of the nicer courses in Nashville. Greens are in great condition and as far as the staff they are very friendly and accommodating.
