Very welcoming course - great for beginners!
Staff is very welcoming and kind. Pace of play moves and no pressure from groups behind or from any ranger that drives around. Recommended for a beginner for sure to give a good impression of the game!
Great condition but slow
Very slow pace this time but always in awesome shape and very friendly
Staff.
In great shape but painfully slow
I love this Golf course but it’s just so slow sometimes.
Excellent nine hole course
Great course for my ability. Nice to start and finish with a reasonable distance for the hole. Came to play nine but ended up playing 18 (should have had a cart). Will likely return soon.
Nice local 9 holer
First timer on a soggy March morning. There's cleanup to be done but too wet for vehicles to drive the fairway just yet. I'm sure it will be just fine soon. Short course and pretty wide open, both pluses for me! I'll definitely play here again.
Good course
Great little course. Short distance however offset by small greens that make accuracy key.
Good course.
Good course. Perfect pricing for 9 holes. Some holes are short!
Greens are challenging. Would definitely come back
decent older course
First tee is fairly tight after that it opens up pretty well.greens are tough .the 3rd tee can be tricky to find if it’s your first time playing there
Another good day
Played midweek noon on a nice day and it was empty, nobody in front or behind. Leaves covered a couple balls, which will get worse, but the greens were clean and a little slow.
I realize it's late in the season but the greens were so incredibly sandy it was seriously like playing at a beach. The sand made it incredibly gross and difficult to hit the ball, and our hands were filthy. Also the holes vary widely from super short straight par 3s to bendy curvy 4s and 5s, not my favorite course. Glad it was cheap though. Also the carts are SUPER old and strained to get into motion often times.
Better and better
Improvements each year have gotten Chelmsford to a respectable standard. Don’t be fooled by the length, the greens are small and unforgiving. Practice green and range are open.
Nice condition, holes a bit tight together
Course was in impressive condition. A number of fairways are pretty close together. Overall pretty short. Too many mounded (? fall-off edges on all sides) greens to my taste.
