Better and better

Improvements each year have gotten Chelmsford to a respectable standard. Don’t be fooled by the length, the greens are small and unforgiving. Practice green and range are open.

Nice condition, holes a bit tight together

Course was in impressive condition. A number of fairways are pretty close together. Overall pretty short. Too many mounded (? fall-off edges on all sides) greens to my taste.

Wouldn’t go back

Many times I didn’t feel safe, everyone yelling “fore!!” And balls landing on tee box’s or near where we were playing. They also were mowing the lawn and I had to pick my ball up and my bag and move it so the lawn mower could go by... rather than him waiting for me.
