Great Staff and Fast Pace of Play
Always have the best staff! Course has recovered nicely and you can get around quickly. Short course but accuracy is required.
Good Value
Can't go wrong at this course. Great value. Good layout. Will test average and above average players. Would play it again in a heart beat! Condition is quite good!!
Great course
Really nice course.. A bit challenging for a beginner but good for practicing when to use your irons and skills. My suggestion is to raise the flag on the 8th hole.
Great Value!
Given this is a 9-hole course, the design was challenging and very well maintained. The greens had interesting placement, relatively small but several had interesting bubble-effects which required precise approach placement and careful putting.
Enjoyable round
This was my first time playing Chelmsford. I was pleasantly surprised at the course conditions. I did not the off course amenities.
Definitely going back.
Double booked
Double booked my tee time with a youth league. Skipped 1st hole. Still ended up with a 5 group pile up on 3 or do holes.
Meh
If there was ever an average course this would be well below. Nothing exciting, course was in rough shape. They weren’t serving any food it was 11:15 so had to settle for a snickers. Stood in the bar for 5 minutes so I’d assume the bar wasn’t open either. Would not go back or recommend anyone to play here
