Arrowhead Golf Course
About
Arrowhead Golf Club in Naples offers a challenging championship course that is easily accessible from Ft. Myers, Bonita Springs, and downtown Naples. The course winds through 16 sparkling lakes. Although water is a prominent presence, the hazards are often only along the perimeter. The golf course is high handicapper-friendly with large greens and generous landing areas that provide plenty of room for recoveries but the back tees are a challenging test for more advanced players with sand bunkers and water hazards. The greens are also a diverse mix offering some that are framed with bunkers and others that are invitingly open and flat. There is ample room off of the tees but don't let your iron skills get rusty since there are a few tight approaches and forced carries. Arrowhead Golf Club's undulating fairways can also be tricky and the putting surfaces have multiple tiers.

Had fun on a nice layout
It’s a nice course with a nice layout. A few funky holes I don’t care for but fairways and greens were in good condition. Play was a bit slow…4 hours 35 minutes. We should be able to play in 4 hours as a foursome but that may have been the few slow groups ahead of us. I would come back.
The Course was in good shape
We only played 9 holes on Arrowhead, but the course was in good shape. Greens were firm and fairly fast. Pace of play was excellent! They paired my wife and I up with 2 other players. Fortunately it was another couple who were very nice to play with! We played in less than 2 hours. Staff were very friendly along with the starter! Definitely would play the course again when we visit.
Nice option in Naples
Greens in good condition, a little slow, a few ball marks, but that’s public golf. T boxes had crowns, not real flat, a lot of unfilled divots, probably from higher handi’s, even on the 4’s and 5’s. Fairways clean. I would play again at the $150 on line rate.
My experience
I’ve played here over the last 5 years. The course has 5 great holes, 5 good holes, and 8 ok holes. Over the 5 years I’ve played they have not improved the course but keep raising the price. With tax and bucket of balls it’s well over $200 to play. Also with older clientele and lots of slower golfers teeing off every 7 min is too soon.
Chilly, fast round, VG course
$200 / person is expensive, but course is in great shape and good pace of play. COLD morning they have to fix thermostat.
Nice track, pleasant staff
Unusually cool/cold weather, 47 degrees at 9 am, made for a lightlly populated morning tee sheet. I teed off as a single and caught up to another single by the 5th hole. We had a great time and enjoyed the round as the day warmed. We played our round in 3 hours and finished with temps in the high 60s. The cold weather thinned the herd of regulars.
Course-wise, Arrowhead is the best public access course in the Naples area. They have not gotten crazed in their pricing; for January in Florida Arrowhead is a good value---price and quality of the course. The course is well maintained---good, consistent greens, fairways provide a good playable surface. The layout of the course weaves thru a residential development. Individual holes have enough character to make the round interesting. Arrowhead is not a hard course, but provides opportunities for mistakes.
This trip I have played Arrowhead twice, The staff has been consistently pleasant and professional; they seem glad for your business and want to be helpful--counter staff, starter and rangers. I would not be so generous with other courses.
Unfortunately, there are not many options for public golf in the Naples area. In past years I have played the two courses at Lely Resort, but they have become pricey---Lely is nice but not so nice as to justify $350 plus fees.
Quick round on a Saturday
Greens were slow but consistent. Finished the round in 4hours and 10 minutes on a Saturday so great pace of play.
Fun Track
Friendly staff, fast enough greens, some fun quirky holes. Worth the $85 for an afternoon round. Slow play because of older folks and walkers so if you want to finish all 18, you gotta grab a time before 2pm.
Great overall experience!
The staff was friendly and courteous, and the course was very well maintained; I will most definitely golf there again

Been playing this course a lot because of it's condition.
