If you’re willing to make the drive out to Golf Canyon, this course is very cool. A lot of different shaped holes and some great views of the superstition mountains. Pricing is not over-inflated like a lot of the courses nowadays. All the staff was great. Greens were soft and fast enough. Lunch was great after the round as well.

Good course overall. Personally it’s 30-40$ over priced. If they included range balls in your fee maybe the tee time price would be more tolerable. Greens have a million divots. Not the courses or the staffs fault. It’s sad that normal golf etiquette has dropped so badly since Covid.

I’d recommend to any friend to play here. Short ish course, challenging enough, all around good experience! Did enjoy seeing the Marshall out pushing people along.

Drove out from Scottsdale and found the course nice and laid back from the moment we pulled in. Staff was very friendly and got us set up. Range was good with grass instead of mats.

Greens in good shape.

Overall experience was “fine” but found the fairways very thin and “ muddy “ .

It had rained the day prior ,so that would contribute to some of the mud but the fairways need thickening.

If you went to compress an iron shot pr wedge shot it was tough in many areas.

Just a great value with a good pace of play I will be back

Fantastic course with great amenities......

Course conditions were superb,,,HOWEVER..

the tee boxes have not been releveled and as the course is now 25 plus years old they are very much titled and mis aimed and require releveling and reaiming which very much causes slow play and lost balls in the desert areas.......Clientele is primarily older...thanks

Course is in excellent condition and very playable. Played in 3.5 hours which was awesome. Lunch in the grill was very good. All the people I met in the golf shop and restaurant were friendly and helpful.

Overall, the course was fun. Has some challenging holes and some really getable holes as well.

Pace of play was horrific. We played 10 holes in just over 3 hours. . after the 10th I drove off the course. The gentlemen paired with me also left the course. We teed off just after 10am and if we had finished our round, we wouldn't have walked off till almost 5 o'clock! The gentlemen paired in front of us were spending 7-10 minutes to find their shots. We were waiting an average of 12 minutes to hit our shots. Impossible to get into rhythm. The lack of pace of play enforcement killed the day. Otherwise, the course was in decent shape, only con about conditions was that the greens were littered with divots.

Seniors, and first timers played great value for the money, slow pace. GREENS ARE EXCELLENT and FAST(GOLFERS DON'T FIX BALL MARKS) And very nice views

Will play again but not a afternoon fall tee time didn't finish the round must get carts back by 5:15
