Mountain Brook Golf Club

I've played this course before, left much to be desired this time. Definitely not worth the $120 bucks to play this course. Some of the greens were scarred, bunkers were flooded, and fairways were painted. Pace of play was not great, four and a half hours +.

Very sad this course was in bad shape and then charge people that much this course use to be nice what happened

Enjoyed our round at the course. The pace of play was a little slow. Definetly would play the course again for the right price.

The course was slower than usually and after speaking to the Ranger, he was able to find a group that was 14 minutes behind but we were already on the back 9 before we even saw a Ranger.

The course was not in good shape. There were what looked like tire tracks running through several greens. One fairway was basically dead. The greens were patchy and did not roll true. The driving range had virtually no grass on it. It was not worth the money in my opinion.

I play a lot of golf in the Valley and I last played Mountain Brook in the summer. It was in decent shape then, but it was in absolutely terrible condition this winter. The fairways were painted and the greens were worse than terrible. Several greens literally had tire tracks running through them. What’s more, the condition of the course didn’t stop them from charging peek season prices. With so many options in the Valley, I would definitely avoid this course for the time being.
