Celebration Golf Club

It was a seriously hot day buy a nice challenging course. The greens were tough and well maintained. I played with some locals and we all enjoyed the round will most definitely play here again!

I had the 3rd tee time of the day. The pace was on track to finish 40 minutes behind. It was wait on the tee, hit a drive, wait 10 to 15 for the next shot... repeat. I walked off after 9 holes

We were a little disappointed in the condition of the course. The practice green was in rough shape and the range was mats only. Some of the tee boxes were in really rough shape. The greens were decent, but the overall condition of the course was lacking compared to some other courses in the area.

This is one of my favourite courses in central Florida.

The course is in good condition and well maintained by green staff.

Lots of good advice prior to the round by the starter and asked us to avoid slow play.

The front 9 took 2 hours and 15 minutes to complete and the starter asked correctly asked us to speed up. However, I pointed out that we have been held up at every hole from the 3rd tee by the game in front. He informed he has asked them to speed up. Pity they didn’t act on hi instructions. We did manage to complete the course in 4 hours and 10 minutes.

Despite the slow play we enjoyed our round and will play this course when I next bust Florida from the UK.

Course was in great shape, greens were true and rolled well

A great course to play, watch out for both wildlife and water, advise taking water with you. Course is lovely to play plenty of challenges, carts have gps which is invaluable. Allow plenty of time as even though a 2 ball can completely finish in 3.5 hours it will normally take about 5 if a 4 ball, be prepared to to made a ball even if booked as a 2. Tip have plenty of balls in your bag!!

I was a little disappointed with the course conditions today. The tee boxes are in really bad shape, some of the rough, and even some of the areas around the greens were patchy and not in prime condition. The fairways were in good shape. For what I’m used to and the conditions that this course are usually under, I would say it was a little disappointing to see some of the patchy grass and bad tee boxes.

Would not let me golf without a collared shirt. I was wearing a performance henley.

Usually a great course to play. Water in nearly every hole. Accuracy wins over distance.

Unfortunate that they decided to not disclose the course conditions in the booking/payment page here. Greens were bad, rough and fairways had dead, grass less spots. Even the green side rough and fringe were really bad. Should have disclosed this important info in the booking details instead of collecting $70 from people with blind intentions.

Course is good shape. Not the best it has been in especially considering we have not a wet season yet. The staff is so friendly - pro shop, Marshall, and restaurant. Food is good and this a good deal with a lunch voucher. But I pay for good greens. These are recovering form being punched so they are firm and rolling but lots of odd bumps. Clearly need more time but need to be rolled or sanded to level out. It may be a while before I’m back at Celebration.

We've had crazy rain this summer after almost 9 months of drought conditions, and unfortunately Celebration is showing the issue caused by the weather. There were a handful of times where a good drive to the center of the fairway left you sitting in a grass-less dirt pit, and there were a handful of putts that hopped and deflected on their way towards the hole. I will be back to play again, because I understand what the courses have gone through over the past year.

Pace of play was phenomenal at 7am, and it felt like we were the only ones on the course after the 6th hole. The staff, from the moment you pull up are professional and pleasant. Layout is both challenging and pleasant on the eyes, the greens were fairly quick, with undulation.

Hopefully the summer won't be too crazy and the course will have the opportunity to recover to the conditions I have always been greeted with on previous rounds.

I have worked at a golf course for the last 26 years so I answer this a little differently. Course layout was great . Staff was top notch. As for the course greens need rolled and top dressed they were still very bumpy. Putting green a notable different speed then the course greens. The lunch was very good will definitely be playing again .

Nice facility and a wonderful meal including with the green fees! Definitely would go back and play again

BEEN LOOKING TO PLAY THIS COURSE FOR YEARS AGAIN FOUND ONE IN MY PRICE RANGE THANKS TO GOLF NOW THIS ONE OF THE NICEST COURSES I HAVE EVER PLAYED IT IS ONE BEST LAYOUTS ALONG BEAUTIFUL GRENS AND FAIRWAYS IF YOU HAVENT PLAYED DONT MISS OUT ON THIS GEM THANK YOU CELEBRATION AND GOLF NOW

Always one of the best layouts around. I have played here over the years more times than I can count but had not been out in 5 months or so. No question it is in the worst shape I have ever seen it in (Relatively Speaking).. Now, for a good Golfnow/Teeoff deal it is definitely still worth it BUT not for high end pricing. Many of the tee areas horrible. They had just punched so I will give them a pass on the greens, but huge bare areas in the fairways (LOTS of them) and just not kept up around cart paths etc. If they wanna consider themselves a high end course and compete with the others in Central Florida, they better do something. I am sure they will figure it out as all there are very nice and seem to get it (which is why it is so head-scratching) , but still very Disappointing.
