Plan on spending an entire day!
If you play here you can expect the following.... the worst fairways you have ever played on...better to call them sandways or weedways. Even with preferred lies they suck....grass does not grow...cows could not survive on this course!!! Greens are like Thomas' English Muffins....full of nooks and crannys and where there are no nooks or crannys there are just plain dead spots. You need no skill to putt these greens, just a lot of luck, because in 10 feet they change directions a dozen times and bounce in the air almost as much. To top it off the group ahead of us was to busy trying to recover their ball that was either deep in the woods or in the water! No Marshall to be found! Would not recommend this course!
Tore Up Course
Understanding that the course is getting ready for the season, BUT there were 6 holes closed and “construction” going on everywhere on the course. If I would’ve known prior I would’ve played somewhere else. The bar and bartender was awesome!! After that disappointing round…drinks were mandatory!!

Course was great, still dormant but the course plays well. The new carts and the developing new bunkers are awesome.

Don't play in the off season
Normally I love this course. Great layout, great staff, fun, challenging and affordable. However... Right now they have construction all over the place, closed the 4th hole, and the course is more or less completely unkept... And they still charge 67 per person!! No discount for a closed hole and Goose poop covered fairways and greens while construction equipment drives all over the place in front of your tee shot. Come on guys... Either close, or open, but don't sacrifice quality for cash. You're just going to lose customers.

Spring weather in the winter
The course was good. Layout very challenging. The pace of play was good but distance between green to tee is very long on some holes. Be aware of this if you plan to walk. I can see this being a problem in the summer time, but it was good for us. I would recommend.

Missing Tee Boxes
For the cost I paid this was great, BUT. There were missing tee boxes. Hole #2 was closed, cut down trees all over the place. I had a good practice round with my grip change. I would play again.
We're sorry for the confusion, there was a note on all tee times and all customers were told about hole number 2 being closed at time of booking. We're just trying to improve!

Oldy but a goody
Great memories on this course. I was pleased to make new ones a few weeks ago. Course was in good shape for december. Other than a group playing through without asking..after being told they needed to skip two holes if they played through. This was on #10 tee box, they proceeded after saying the group in front of us was off the hole...which wasn't the case. We caught the group on hole 12 green...they held us up from that point forward. Course was great...group in front of us...not so much.

P-Brook
Overall for cold weather golf, the course was well maintained. The greens are well maintained without a ton of pitch marks. The fairways are relatively divot-free and not too soft but not rock solid. The tee boxes appear to be rotated frequently enough that they are in fair shape. The bunkers aren’t full of water or hard as concrete. I find the layout to be a good balance of challenging and open. The tee box distances are a good balance so it isn’t just a driver the whole day, so it challenges your club choice game a little bit.

First off, thank you for taking time out to review the course.
We do understand the condition of the course isn't up to our standards as well at this moment because of the larger maintenance projects that are underway and the warm season grass still being dormant. Although the grass is yellow in color since it is dormant, it is not dead, it will green up once the weather continues to get warmer. On the date of your play, 5 holes were closed because of the maintenance, cart path paving and bunker renovations project, and we charged a special maintenance rate of $30.00 with a cart. We are hopeful that all of these ongoing projects will be completed shortly.
