Penderbrook Golf Club

Always enjoy playing this course. The staff is super friendly and it is evident that they are putting a ton of work into the entire golf course. Stay away from the deep bunkers, if possible.

Good place to test your game with long narrow greens and narrow fairways. Sharpen your wedges and have your fairway finder ready for this test of golf.

Conditions of course and greens are great for a public course

Played this course one other time a few months back and wasn’t very impressed. However, came back and the conditions and greens were actually fabulous. Was by myself and able to complete 12 holes in an 1.5 hours until I ran into miss LPGA. She was in front of me and alone as well but decided to tee off SIX times with me behind her and continuously did this. I also waited 15 min on the fairway for her to leave the green as she decided it would be a great time to work on her putting.

Feel like this happens a lot in the area as I am a new resident of 2 months. Trying to find a course that’s cheap on weekdays after/during work seems to also be a struggle with the conditions I’ve been getting. For 55$ at 3pm twilight and overall conditions Penderbrook was in, it was worth it.

Greens 9/10, Fairways 6/10, Box 6/10

Got to play the course they Golf Now app and wasn’t disappointed on its reviews. I would play this course again without any hesitation. I’m visiting from South Texas and appreciated the weather and course. Staff were friendly and the starter was hustling making sure golfers started on time from the start.

Greens were decent. Thats about it

Tiny fairways dug up all over the place. Bunkers were ok.

Goofy layout with a lot of blind tee shots. Definitely not worth $79

The people who are saying the course is in bad condition. They must play at the best of the best most of the time. For guys who frequent public courses, this course was in great shape compared to others in the area that are priced similarly. The greens were faster than most around here. The layout is a bit tougher than other courses which makes for great fun. I was here when a couple holes were almost out of commission because they were being redone. Those holes are excellent. We did start on hole 8 like the other review said. And no there is no driving range. The pace of play was great. We didnt want to hit on a tee once. Starting on 8 is harder because water on the first 3 holes from there. Thank god i got par,par,bogey. Had a great outing. Cant wait to go again. Definitely again before the end of the year.

Even when another single has already paid this course makes you pay an additional $11 to ride ! It’s the only course in the area that I have played that does that! I already v paid for a cart in my golf now fee snd then I pay an additional amount ONLY at Penderbrook!

Additionally, I have probably played here 10 times and it’s always cart path only snd it’s was sunny and dry

I have played this course 4 times in 2022. Each time I have been paired with very nice golfers! The course is fun and challenging. I love the 9th hole outpost. Bathrooms are clean and the staff is friendly and efficient. The course is in good shape considering it is late in the season and this is a busy course. Pace of play is on the slower side, but I’m generally not in a huge hurry to get somewhere else when I play. The beverage cart comes by at appropriate intervals. One of the best things about this course is Mulligan’s. Go see Donald and his crew you will leave very well fed! The food is excellent!! I’ll be back and will likely get some type of membership next year!

Starter / doesn’t know how to service customer, bad attitude, and have to share of golf cart with another person ,, landscaping guy with machine follow of your back when you play in the fairway,,
