I really enjoyed the layout of the course.

Greens are fast but roll very true

I know a lot of courses this time of year are going through the same thing with aeration but these greens didn't seem to take too well to it. Aeration holes were uneven, not top dressed with sand. Some edges of greens were marred from the machine doing the aerification. All courses should lower their fees during this time period knowing full well the conditions are going to be substandard.

Just got back from playing in a VSGA one-day event. 5.5 hours. Not Raspberry's fault, of course. But the greens had been aerated last week and are bumpy and sandy. Some tough spots in the fairways also. For the $65 they want M-Th or $75 on Friday you can play Westpark twice and it is in MUCH better shape.

Like other Raspberry Trail courses, this is a solid track. They had gotten a ton of rain the night before, so things were a little soggy, but other than some water in bunkers, it wasn't too noticeable. Excellent and diverse layout of holes, and very well-maintained (and wide) fairways. Greens rolled true, and I only noticed some wear and tear on them on a few holes. Got a $45 deal, but I would pay $75 to play here (and I'm kind of stingy when it comes to greens fees.)

Always a fun course to play and it was slow so we had no one on the course with us which was awesome.

I love this course and respect the layout, it rained the day before and the greens were running slow.

Not a fan of the new answering system although everyone is friendly. Maybe you should use at peek times, operators are not fully informed about cart path rules senior rates and the like so I keep getting transferred back and forth

The course was in excellent shape and the pace of play was great, We didn't have to wait on any holes. The staff at Raspberry falls was very courteous, friendly and helpful and I would recommend all to play this course.

I don't play many northern Virginia courses but this course was a nice surprise. The course is in great shape and well worth the $55 I paid. Even on a weekend I would not have paid $100 for it though. Thanks for the great deal golfnow!

It was nice course once but now it's not. The pace of play was awful, most of cooler was empty even though very hot weather, swarm of small flies kept following and bothered the faces. Some tee boxes was ruined. I don't want to go there until weather get cold or course management get improved.

I liked this course...but.... given the price, I would have expected GPS on the cart, ball/club washer/mini cooler.... I may be asking for too much, but I've had better for far less money on other courses. Would I play there again? Yes, if I am in the neighborhood and the greens fee is more reasonable.

Played here with my brother and our 85 year old uncle , who was a PGA tour pro one rode along. The staff was super accomidating and friendly , layout and playability is superb. Some of the greens were a bit beat up but otherwise my group had a wonderful time. Will be back !

I was told when I teed off that everyone was finishing within 4 1/2 hours. Well it took us 5 hours. When we got to the 18th tee box there were 3 groups waiting to tee off. Too many courses to play in this area: I will choose another course next time.

I usually play this course at least once a year and every time I'm reminded why I want to play here, but never come back for the rest of the year. Great layout, Great staff. They try to keep the course in good condition (except it looks like some of the tee boxes never receive any maintenance) considering the amount of play it receives - all good except for the 6+ hour rounds. This time, there was a tournament (what "premier" public course books tournaments on Fridays???) which created 4-5 separate groups on several tee boxes until people just gave up and left. The only reason I tried it again this year is because they were charging $52. But nothing is for free and in this case the cost was my time. I've instituted a permament ban on this course.

This is a beautiful course but I felt the course condition is going down, especially for the front 9 greens. Staff is friendly. Food at the restaurant is not very good though.

Everyone is very helpful. Our only problem (and it was only this time) is that the three groups in front of us were extremely slow. We ended up skipping two holes to get ahead of them, as there was no one slowing them down. Other than that, it was an absolutely lovely time.

This is a wonderful golf course, immaculately maintained with beautiful views and homes. The cart loaders were dressed in long sleeves and bow ties, a little warm for them on a 90 degree afternoon. Everything was first rate, except for pace of play. Took 5 hours to play 18 holes. Ranger said that it was not due to slow players, just people being out early in the year. I didn't buy that. They had 4 holes (long ones) as cart path only, although course was totally dry in mid summer conditions. Allowing these holes to be 90 degree cart would have speeded things up considerably. Waited at least 20 minutes on #18, with 3 groups backed up on it.

When proper pace of play, this would be in my top 10 list.

Our tee off time was 10:30 and we finished just before . The course was in good condition.

The staff here is awesome, course is great, beautiful weather and paired up with nice couple!

Second in the area only to Creighton Farms.
