The Club at Diamondhead - Pines
About
The Pines at The Club at Diamondhead was the first of two 18-hole golf courses built on the property. The semi-private course opened in 1969.
Designed by Earl Stone, the Pines measures 6,817 yards from the longest tees and has a slope rating of 134 and a 73.5 USGA rating. The golf course features four sets of tees for different skill levels.
The major challenges for both courses are their tree-lined fairways. The Pines Course has well-placed bunkers and water that comes into play on many holes.

Great condition. Average layout.
Great condition. Greens in perfect shape. Decent value. Only complaint is some of the layout is a little old school. Lots of straight holes, some tight with OB. Would play again.
Nice Course
Played the Cardinal for the first time in many years. It was in very nice condition.
Had a great time!
We had a great time playing this course for the first time! It was in very, very good condition. The greens were rolling fantastically.
Nice Course
Well maintained; greens very firm and fast; fairways and tee boxes in good shape.
Best course around for the value and quality
Excellent course and practice facility. Staff was super friendly.
Great Experience
My husband and I really enjoyed playing golf at this course. Purchasing our teatime was fairly easy. When we arrived at the course, everyone was extremely nice and helpful. The course was in great condition, and there were very few players on a beautiful day. The course is very nice and open with some really unique and challenging parts. We would highly recommend Diamondhead Golf Country Club.
Incredible back 9
Love playing this course. Has some really neat holes. The tips tee boxes need to be cleaned up a bit and sand needs to be added in some bunkers but other than that, it’s looking great.
