About
Blue Mash Golf Course is the Rockville area's premier public offering. This Arthur Hills design combines links-style, parkland, wooded, and water holes. With such an interesting variety, the course is enjoyable for golfers of all different tastes and skill levels. With no forced carries, it's even a manageable course for beginners and high handicappers, while more seasoned golfers will be challenged by the length from the back tees, the well protected elevated greens, and the plentiful strategically placed bunkers. Water also comes into play on a few holes. The diverse mix of holes makes Blue Mash G.C. a true shotmaker's layout. In addition to the golf course, Blue Marsh is known for having one of the best practice facilities in all of Maryland. It features a 10,000-square-foot putting green, an all-grass-tee driving range, and a separate area for practicing your short game.

Fantastic course and staff!
First time playing at this course and it was a fantastic experience. The staff was helpful with getting around easily and the course was also in great shape, greens were rolling nice and firm. Pace of play was good as well, I was not waiting on any holes.
100% recommend coming out and playing at Blue Mash if you haven’t before.
Wide Open
This is a local favorite, Nice wide open fairways today. Early in the year they cut the brush back and its hard to lose a ball in the crap.
Nice easy and easy course that is always a top pick when I am lookin for local golf.

Great course
Greens are perfect. Tee boxes and fairways were in great shape.

Weather was great and even though we are just coming out of winter the course was in remarkable condition. The greens were smooth and true and pace of play was great. I look forward to playing here again soon and would recommend to all golfers.

Fun Layout
Great course with some really fun hard holes. Can’t wait to play during the summer once everything is green, in great shape for the time of year it is.

Other than cart path only...
the course is definitely a fun challenge. Tough holes, easier holes, nice layout. Cart path only (for the rest of the 'winter') makes it a longer track. Pace of play was amazing for a weekend.
This course is awesome
Blue Mash was a blast, from to course to the club house. lets just say im hooked. I highly recommend playing here and will be back!
Really nice course
Great course! Well kept mostly other than a few leftover divots here and there. Only issue is pace of play - it seems that they pack the schedule so you can end up playing a bit slow. That said, with the way this course plays, you could use the extra minute or two to plan your shot. Quite a tough course but lots of fun.
Fix Pace of Play!
Charging $90 in the winter and allowing the 3rd group out to play at over 4 1/2 hours is crazy! No marshal to push them to keep up when they were 2 holes behind by the 4th hole, I will be skipping this course unless I have the 1st tee time
We are sorry you felt pace was slow, however in reviewing our GPS records we see there was no group that played in over 4 hours 20 minutes before 10:30 the day you played, with carts on paths that day. That is a very good pace for everyone. There was a group ahead of you that skipped ahead, which may have accounted for the gap.
