Stonecreek Golf Club
About
The course is set on a 165-acre parcel off Hwy. 213 in Oregon City. Built at an estimated cost of $7.5 million, it features two distinct nines - the front half situated in a meadow-like setting and the back nine winding through towering Douglas fir trees and bordering wetlands. In addition to its namesake Stone Creek, the course has three lakes, four wetlands areas and 41 bunkers. There are four sets of tees, playing from 5,123 to the "Jacobsen" tees at 6,840 yards.
A full-service pro shop and deli are located in the clubhouse, which has a spacious outdoor deck overlooking the 18th green. Next to the clubhouse is a large tented area for private parties, tournament function, weddings and other catered events. An expansive 6 1/2-acre driving range with all grass tees and target greens serves as a convenient on-site practice area
Another unique aspect of Stone Creek Golf Club is the excellent drainage. Significant resources were expended to ensure the driest course conditions for year-round play. According to Golf Course Superintendent David Phipps, "At most courses in the Northwest during the winter months, the ball doesn't roll much, but here you'll see the ball actually bouncing down the fairway in January."
Two of the most scenic holes are par-3s. the 180-yd. No. 6 played over a lake from the Jacobsen tees, and the 141-yd. No. 14, which necessitates a drive over wetlands and consideration of a stack of boulders protecting the green. One of Peter Jacobsen's favorite holes is the par-4 ninth, a 397-yard challenge from the back tees with two fairways to choose from - an upper elevated landing area with a clear view of the green; or a lower approach through a narrow opening between bunkers.
After a round of golf, golfers can relax at the clubhouse with outdoor seating on a large deck overlooking the 18th green
With its large tented area for special events, Stone Creek Golf Club is a prime spot for hosting tournaments, weddings, corporate outings and other large groups.

Fabulous twilight golf
4:55 tee off on time. Course was in excellent condition with perfect greens. Short wait on a couple of holes til playing partners hit in woods and we we slightly behind.
Got a gentle nudge from players assistant and we were right back on time. Beautiful course, perfect weather, awesome playing experience, great rates!
Great but slow
Didn't even finish the back 9. By the 12th hole, there were 2 groups waiting to tee off ahead of us. We called it a day at that point. Other than that, beautiful course, tough bunkers, wide open fairways. A fun course to play. Will definitely give it a another try. The pace might have been an anomoly.
Great Course!, well managed.
Very well maintained. Interesting layout. The player assistants were helpful and friendly. They moved pace of play along tactfully, but effectively. Will definitely go back.
I've liked this course since the day it opened
this is one of the best values in the Oregon City area.I recommend it all the time.
golf now bookings
stone creek is a great course, i always enjoy playing there.
but you have to be careful when booking at golf now.
i must have hit hot deals. didn't realize i had payed for a foursome. only one other showed. so it was an expensive round for me.
Excellent Condition
All parts of the course were in excellent condition. From the tee boxes through the green. Hat is tipped to the Superintendent
The course was amazing!
Weather was just right and the course was the great. Nice open front and then closes up a little on the back perfect for any golfer.
Great Value
Love this course. It won't completely beat you up if you aren't on your game, but plenty of trouble to be had. Only one or two windmill holes. Got a great deal on golf now, but they wanted $30 for the cart (it can be walked). Thus only 4 stars.
Great experience
We really enjoyed the course. It was well maintained with a good layout and length. A few blind shots that slow down play a bit. GREAT course marshal to help. Will return soon.
Exceptional course
Well maintained golf course. Fun and challenging to play.
great early season form
After many rainy days in the area, course conditions were great from tee to green. Water jugs were full and cold, however the snack cart didn't make many appearances.
Grees were fast and fairways were tightly cut with very little debris. A couple of bunkers were eased out in places but the majority were sandy and smooth.
At $46, my expectations were high and i did not leave disappointed.
country club condition
The course is in phenomenal. Fast firm greens, and the fairways are perfect.
Course
The staff is friendly and accommodating the course is in good condition they needs a solution for the bees and, yellow jackets.
Hard but Fair
Challenging but mostly fair golf course. Couple of intimidating par 3s. Great drainage after rains. Fun greens
Great for Spring Golf in the NW
This course is one of the area's best for spring golf as it drains very well. And while there are a couple holes that I do not like, the course is enjoyable and always in good condition. It is definitely one of the best values in town.
Great scenery
This is a great course, with challenges for all levels.
Staff and course friendly
A wide open golf course with some competitive doglegs on a few holes makes it very pleasant for every golfer. It is a golf course to play and visit on a nice weather. Friendly, nice staffs as well.
2 different courses
What I like about Stone Creek is the front 9 is open and you can let it fly and the back nine is narrow and takes Graf shot skills to score well very solid challenge
