Boone's Trace National Golf Club

Overall, the course was in excellent condition. The main issues we had were some of the bunkers had very little sand in them. [Of course, we shouldn't have been there in the first place. LOL] Though this one may not be an issue to many people, the only toilet facilities out on the course are portable toilets. I would think a facility of this quality would have decent restrooms on the course.

Loved our experience with the exception of the gentleman mowing that followed us for three holes mowing the middle of the fairway during our shots and hit one of our balls laying in the middle of the fairway with a blade.

I went with my father to play this course and it was both of our first times getting to play Boone's Trace. Unfortunately, the greens had recently been aerated, but I they let me know that when booking the course, so I will not be taking any points off there.

Boone's Trace has a lot of elevation change, and often times, even in the fairway, you are playing the ball either below or above your feet. This makes even routine wedge shots a little tough. Speaking of tough, the rough at Boone's Trace was thick and often times swallowed up balls. Make sure you are keeping an eye on all shots or you will be spending 15 min a hole tracking down balls. But the course was still really enjoyable. We had no problems with pace even on a gorgeous Sunday afternoon. The clubhouse was really nice, the bar/restaurant was closed when we were there which is a rule of theirs for Sundays, but everything appeared in great shape.

I would definitely be scheduling another round out there and will be looking to see how the greens fair once they are back to normal.

Very slow pace of play. Groups were looking for balls extensively so that slowed the pace. Other than that, staff was great. Course was in good condition. I’ve had the restaurant before and it is great.

This course has the best tee boxes, fairway grass and greens any where in this area.

Loved just about everything about this course. Great layout. Fairways in great shape. Greens were nice but all of them had either had unrepaired ball marks or just too many of them. Wasn’t a major deal just surprised to see that on every green for this type of course. All in all can’t wait to play it again.

First time playing the course, staff in the pro shop was very friendly.

While putting on the practice green noticed it if I was above the whole it was quick and that correlated to when I was on the course as well. Really enjoyed the course it wasn’t that busy today. You definitely have to look at the hole layout. Many times you will not have a level why in the fairway. The greens Road true so I tried to play below the hole on each hole. Will definitely be back

Always enjoy this course when we play. Love everything about this place, course is tough but very rewarding if you hit the right shots. Staff is courteous and helpful. Good time all the way around!!!

THIS COURSE IS ALWAYS FUN AND CHALLENGING. GOOD MIX OF HOLES, SOME HARDER THAN OTHERS. GREAT CONDITIONS AND WE HAD PERFECT WEATHER

Visiting from Texas and really enjoyed this place!!! Excellent condition, interesting layout, and challenging but fair greens. Staff was very nice as well!
