Nice course
Great course some tee boxes were rough but it’s early season so should be better soon. Would recommend.
Needs TLC
Conditions are crap right now. Fairways, rough and tee boxes need cutting. It's so ridiculous thick in spots you can easily lose a ball in the mixed weedy, bare and partially grass fairways. Tee boxes and all their bunkers need immediate mainteance. Greens were recently aerated so putting was impossible. Hit it hard enough and pray it gets close to the hole. I only payed $20 to play this goat ranch through golfnow promotions. I will give it another shot in a few months because the beauty of this track is worth playing and conditions couldn't be any worse, I hope. There were a few holes that sucked like 17, but otherwise a fun layout with plenty of elevation changes and dangerous cart paths. Beware.
Great course and great price.
We were very happy with the course conditions. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our round and would definitely golf here again when we come back. Overall a great experience.
Attempted to Play 18 Twice
My friends and I have tried to play here twice. Both times someone has come out and told us they’re closed and to bring our carts in. The first time, the man was fine. Gave us a little extra time but no one warned us of the closing time prior to starting.
The second time, November 2nd we were on the 17th green and a man yelled at us “we’re closed! Pick up your balls right now.” No one told us about closing early and the signs in the carts said 7:30pm return time.
The course is pretty good but allowing you to book 18 and not letting you finish nor offered a refund is just straight scammy. Especially to be rude about it.
I will personally never return.
Race Course... not a lot of trouble
This course spends a good number of holes going back and forth with not a lot of trouble. Fairways and rough were very inconsistent. Greens were decent. Course layout is biggest drawback.
I usually enjoy my rounds, but this time it happened to be crowded, and both the players ahead and behind me, including myself, were getting frustrated. I'm thinking of going at a less crowded time next time.
Review
Course conditions are always very well maintained and consistent. Layout is perfect for the average golfer while still offering challenging holes. Will be playing there again!!!
I like the layout
I thought I was signing up for 2 players, but got paired with 2 strangers. Didn’t like that and we as a foursome still had to wait on every hole
Good but….
Course was in good condition for the time of year. Pace was ok until coming up on a five some. Greens were fast and firm which was nice. Booked a later tee time and was not told a time for carts to be back. Back nine pace was horrible due to five some in front of us. Had just finished 16 when a very rude marshal told us carts had to be back by 8:00 pm which was five minutes. If there is a cart time rule you should be told ahead of time. Didn’t get to play last two holes. Nice golf course but employees soured the experience. Several rude encounters from staff. Be aware of cart return if you play in the afternoon.
