Only downfall to the course is pace of play. Broad run has to a better job. 4.5-5 hour rounds are way to long.

What a great course. I have not played in years and so glad I came back. A gorgeous course in terms of scenic views and feels like you are in the mountains. A very challenging course and need to be able to get off the tee. A lot of fairways undulated so depending on shots may get some very favorable rolls. Course in excellent shape and highly recommend playing. I can’t wait to come back. Will be a beautiful course in the fall once the leaves change with the gorgeous views.

Fun outing - course was in great condition. Staff was so helpful and friendly.

Wait a couple of weeks and enjoy the round. Or give your green fees to the course now and have a sub par experience.

It’s maddening how very few courses will alert their customers in advance of aerated greens. I enjoy Broad Run immensely but this deceptive practice ruined my day. I won’t play here again this year because of this. Probably 4-5 rounds of green fees lost by Broad Run. I’ll play next year but will call the pro shop every time and ask about conditions.

There were maybe 2 bunkers in the entire course that were not full of water.

That in combo of waiting for every shot was not what I expected when paying 115.

I love broad run and have played here a ton but back when it was more reasonable. 115 for those conditions is too much.

Let me start by saying that I really enjoy playing Broad Run, but I only get here a couple times a year.

I was disappointed with the greens as there were numerous ball marks that had not been repaired.

I was also disappointed with the fairways. The grass is in great shape but nobody replaces their divots. Too many chucks of turf laying in the fairways.

I attribute both of these issues to the lack of care from the golfers and not necessarily the staff.

If I am going to pay $110 for a round, I expect better.

Great course. Very challenging. Usually play from blues, but saw the slope & rating, decided to play white. Glad I did. Course was in great shape. Greens were lightning, although nobody fixes ballmarks. Usually play here twice a year. Will be back in September

Have always loved this course. It has gone up in price through the years, but have always felt it’s worth it 60-70. They need to get a ranger out there seriously. It is a spread out course and may be tough, but we had to skip a group at 10 when playing 18 and the whole rest of the course was WIDE open. We were at risk of not finishing 18 if we stayed behind them. Only saw the beverage cart once in the whole outing and no water jugs anywhere at any hole to fill a water bottle up. That be nice on hot days……Still might go back but these I think are minor easy improvements that could make an outing much more enjoyable

One of my favorite courses in the area, even though it kicks my butt every time. I just wish there could be steps installed to get down to the greens.

I would have given 5 stars if not for the greens. They were bumpy and slow. At least roll them if they were purposely made slower for pace of play concerns. Also, the greenside bunker on hole 2 was hard pan underneath, which caused me to fly it over the green. The other 2 bunkers I found myself in during the round were completely fine.

Challenging, yet simple. Keep it straight and hit the fairways, you will do well here. Greens looked quick but had a slow dew on them all day. We had a great experience!

For $100+ round I don’t really see what you get out of that compared to going to inniscrone or downingtown. Nothing at this course explains why it costs so much. They rake the bunkers but the bunkers have huge rocks in them. The greens aren’t maintained that well. The fringes aren’t fringes. The driving range is a mountain. I’m not even kidding. The beverage cart didn’t have any hot food, just chips. Clubhouse isn’t that nice. If you’re a single they make you ride with another single or you pay an extra 20 dollars. I recently played a course in Maryland for $65 that had free titleist range balls, a maintained course, and lots of opportunities to get food and beverages throughout the round.

Course was in excellent condition except the greens. Very slow. Extremely challenging, but too many blind shots. Last time I played here it was Tattersall, so it’s been awhile. Seems at $115 a round, it’s joined other area courses in upping the costs to play these upper tier tracks.
