Drains well Wyeth quick greens
Tight!!! Good layout with a little bit of everything for your game; target hits, bombs, quick greens with subtle undulations that dried out in the afternoon. Overall great courses.
This golf course is awesome! Tuff if you can't keep it in the fairways but rewarding if you can it between the stakes!!! Love it!
Quick Round.
I enjoy this course every time I play here. The course is in excellent shape. I walked the South/ North course in 3 hours and only waited once to hit a shot on the 18th hole.

Good Course, but it's been better
Fun layout. Makes you think about risk/reward. Good pace of play. Played this course in May and September. It was perfect condition in May. Course was still in good shape in September except there was hardly any sand in the bunkers.
Avalon Golf Links is a fun place to play.
My wife and I played the South-North combination at Avalon and enjoyed it very much. The greens were very good, the sand was consistent and the layout was interesting. You have room to play away from trouble on every hole, but a bad shot is punished appropriately. This is a 27 hole facility and I also played 5 holes on the West nine before we ran out of time. They also have the new golf cycles to rent and this is the first time I had ever seen them. I am going to have to give them a try next chance I get.
Avalon conditions
Not a great winter course. Without the discount from GolfNow, I would never play this course in the winter. The greens were average but not pretty. Send traps were unplayable. The fairways were marginal. Even in the winter you would expect more from a course that charges the rates that you charge. Super friendly staff.
Solid as ever
Always a beautiful challenging course. In particularly great shape this year considering the beating from the inclement weather especially compared to other courses in western WA. Greens are true and gorgeous. Good shots are rewarded.
Enjoyed it
Greens were very fast. Dan, the Marshall, was very helpful in pairing me up with another gentleman. Course was in great shape especially since it is winter. I expected wetter conditions but the drainage was great. I will play this course again.
