Weekday afternoon is best time to go.

It was absolutely Incredible. The clubhouse is a castle and the range is incredible. It was CPO the days I went, but it wasn't awful it rained a ton the past few days. I would definitely recommend it to anyone that loves a challenge but doesn't want to make a dent in your wallet by playing RTJ.

This is the best golf value I know of in the Birmingham area.

Fantastic greens! Many courses would kill for greens like this any time, but for them to be in this condition this time of year is remarkable!

Ballantrae was in great shape - fall golf. Greens firm and fast, fairways a bit wet but playable. Pace was a little slow, but we enjoyed the day.
