About
The golf course at the Twisted Dune Golf Club is a public, 18-hole course that is reminiscent of traditional Scottish courses. Located right on the Jersey Shore, Twisted Dune Golf Club is popular for it's beautiful views and challenging game. The deep ravines and grassy hills provide picturesque scenery and they also create interesting hazards for a good game.
Twisted Dune Golf Club lives up to his name with its twisting links-style layout, elevation changes, and rolling fairways. The golf course has par-5 holes that stretch over 500 yards as well as several par-4's and par-3's. The course also has wide fairways and large greens of bent grass.

One of the Best at the Jersey Shore
The Course is in good shape. It is a bit over watered. Twisted
Dunes is Designed to play hard and fast. We have not had much rain in the past month and I had a few mud balls. Tees, fairways, greens and rough are all in good shape. They have added sand to the bunkers and they are much improved, but there are still too many stones in the bunkers. We played on a Saturday morning at about 7:30 and we played in just over 4 hours. We got out a group early because the group in front of us was not ready. Good thing, because it saved us at least 1/2 hour. We never saw the group behind us after the first hole. Greens fee was $100 on a weekend morning which is a good deal for the shore. I like TD a lot. One of the more interesting and challenging layouts.
Cart ran out of gas. Ranger was talking with grounds guy instead of paying attention. Tried to get his attention. By time he came had to blow up that hole. Should have let us use his cart meantime to finish and keep pace. Holding up others. Next hole, huge snake on red tee box. Just got thrown off after.
Clubhouse has much to be deff so it’s even though better than last time. It’s ok early in day and early in season. Too hot in summer months w no relief. No water on course.
Fun course
Wide fairways, trouble if you miss. Great links layout & different look.
Too difficult
This course is for seasoned player. The idea that the closest you get to green is 50 yards with cart is ridiculous. The tee boxes are to far in many places from the path. The hazards on many holes are huge, even Augusta national is not like those. Realize concept are dunes and twisting is what courses are about. But for many too much walking not enough cut through to fairways. Was in very good condition.
Slow, slow, and slower.
Paid for 18 but left after 9. Jeans and hoodie wearing groups playing multiple balls had pace of play to a stop.
Great Round
Did not have to wait at any tee box while playing on Memorial Day (a busy day for the course). Course is challenging but in great shape, make sure your bring your own booze this place is BYOB.
Fun course
Need to stay on the fairway. Bunkers are construction type sand and stones, otherwise course in good shape.

Good condition. Friendly staff. nice greens. Quite
challenging from whites if not a long hitter.
The Dunes
Love this track everything was great ,course was in great shape.
I will be back in the area in July and will play it again!
