You’ll love the course. The problem is with several tee boxes. They are filled with crabgrass or nearly bare from play. On this day the pace of play was extremely slow. The compensation was the weather. It was to die for.

Good course in good condition. Pro Shop staff was friendly and Erich, the teaching pro, took time to talk about lessons, etc. He seemed like a great guy and was extremely helpful.

Only issue we had was with the starter. Not a huge deal, but he basically treated us as second class because we “booked online” with GolfNow. Also they paired us with another twosome because “they booked online, too.”

It actually worked out great because we got along well with the group they paired us with. Had an enjoyable day, but it was just a strange way to begin our round.

The course is in great shape. Take lots of extra balls if you don’t stay on the fairway. Lost several balls in my round!

Has a few curveball holes to play, and greens are usually very forgiving. Has all amenities you could need there!

Great day on a great golf course! Always in great shape. Will be back!

Have played at this course off and on for 5 or 6 plus years. The course layout is awesome and challenging. Pace of play was great! The fairways and second cut was in good condition and greens were perfect but most tee boxes were in bad shape. Not worth playing the course at full price considering rudeness of staff and current course conditions. Never been treated worse in any clubhouse ever. The women in the clubhouse was very rude and disrespectful. You come to a golf course for a nice and relaxing round of golf not to be treated like crap before you even tee off!!

Haven’t played BG in a few years because it had always had so much traffic run through and it was not in great shape. We picked up a hot deal tee time, and for 35 dollars on a Saturday morning, it was hard to pass up. Fairways=great shape. Greens=great shape. Some of the tee boxes were a little rough and hadn’t been mowed, but many were under construction as if they were in the process of repairing them, so that’s nice to see improvements being made! Then gentleman working in the pro shop was super friendly and very flexible since we got there a few minutes early. All in all, it was a good start to the weekend off. Thank you for the opportunity and hope to play again soon!

This place has always been in good shape when I played in the May was the first time I've never seen it nice. Playing it again in June it was in pretty good shape.

If this is supposed to be the new "city" course or Lafayette public golf course it has nothing for junior golfers high prices for juniors and no first tee or jr PGA no camps I know of disappointing in that respect.

The course was in great condition. The greens were fairly slow, but consistent. The fairways are wide and a bit too close together with other fairways in my opinion. The price was a bit high for the caliber of the course, IMO. Still, I had a great time and would recommend if someone liked this type of layout.

I didn't see any foods at the club house. I'm not sure if I just missed it, but I was looking for a quick bite. So if that is the case, don't go starting your round hungry!!!

Staff was not friendly when they found out I booked on golfnow. Course is flat with nothing too it. Rough hasn’t been cut and flies and insects swarm your head the whole round!

Anyone playing the course will find a well maintained course with beautiful fairways and a variety of greens.

The course has a variety of holes, lengths, and elevations. The back nine, in many ways, is a different golf course. I think you'll enjoy.

To begin, I had an ideal day to play. The temperature was in the low 70's with a strong breeze. The course is in amazing shape. The holes are long but very straight-forward. The green's roll is very true and they vary in size and difficulty.
