Harry Shapland Colt designed this golf course in 1924 on the banks of the Caledonian Canal near Loch Ness. Fort Augustus Golf Club is a challenging 9-hole heathland layout.
You'll have to be accurate off the tee with the thick gorse and heather that lines the narrow fairways. Fort Augustus Golf Club's sloping, heavily undulating greens are also a major challenge.
