Batavia Country Club

Nice layout and conditions, great value, fun, greens are tough but fair.......but if you can't hit the fairways off the tees, then pars become almost impossible due to the many, many trees lining the fairways and scattered off it. But green, pretty, scenic, and everything else you would want in a day on the links. Just remember to pack your straight-hitting clubs!!!

This course has the best greens, length and most challenging country club open to the public! People and family atmosphere make it most enjoyable. I would say its the best value by far. Even Canadians come to play!

The front nine was very pleasant and even the first 3 holes on the back nine with a good pace of play. Then we hit a wall of foursomes on hole 13 and 14. On 14 there were 4 foursomes including our waiting foursome. We left for the pro shop not interested in taking another two hours for the last 5 holes. The pro shop said there was a tournament and maybe we should have had a marshall. They advertise on the score card a time of 2hours 10 minutes for each 9.

This is really an interesting course. The fairways were well kept, but hard.The greens were very well manicured and true. There is one incredibly funky hole that if you don't ride or walk to see where it goes , you will out hit the fairway. It is a severe dogleg left. All in all it was a blast to play here and it can be challenging. I had a great time and will definitely go again!

Great layout... By far the best greens I've played on while on vacation this summer.

On vacation from Florida and played 18 with family. Excellent course at a great price. Fairways and greens were in awesome condition. Great price at $25 for a morning tee time. This would be at least a $50 round back in Florida. Had an excellent red hot at the turn! Would like to play it again!

We're duffers, so this course was a challenge for us. My wife's first round EVER and she had such a good time that she wanted to go again the next day.

Course conditions were excellent, and the pace of play was good. A foursome behind us gave us very little pressure. Greens are in excellent shape and the fairways are very nice ( not that I spent a lot of time on the fairway).

The only drawbacks on this course are that the greens are almost on top of the next hole's tee box, which is not a great big deal, and the food selection is a bit light.

Altogether, a SUPER nice course, especially for the money, and one I will not hesitate to recommend. Playing it again with my son for Father's Day this weekend.

I enjoy playing this course. Greens are fast and a challange to read. The par 5's test your game with the length. What a great course. A super course for the money.

Great shape, very friendly staff, always a challenge

Driver certainly got a workout at this course, 13 of 18 holes. Fairways in great shape but the greens are firm and extremely fast. Wasn't particular busy and the pace of play was good. Had to use GPS to determine which direction to hit fairway on 8th hole. Used a 4 hybrid to leave a 140 yd second shot. Some great scenery, Will play again.

A really nice golf course that you can't beat the price of!

Very enjoyable. Course is well maintained and interesting.Excellent greens too! I always look forward to playing Batavia CC.

This course is absolutely dynamite. Challenging design and the greens were world class. I will be back many times. Just need better food and drink options that was it.

This course is a best kept secret in Western NY. Golf course is well maintained. Value for the money is awesome and exceeds that of the premier courses region. Advice, go play this course it is sneaky good!

Course was great value, in excellent shape. Only minus was rate of play was extremely slow and lack of golf ranger to speed up play would have made the experience a lot more enjoyable. A group of 4 golfers were teeing off on 18 and the threesome behind them teed off and played out a par three and were going off the 17th green before the 4-some had even finished teeing off. That is way, way, way too slow to tee off. There was only one senior in the slow foursome and all other seniors I saw playing were very polite and kept a good pace to their play.

Great course. Great staff. Even though we only completed 15 holes I will try to return again before the end of the golf season.

Beautiful day, course in great condition, staff extremely friendly and courteous. Love the special. drove over an hour to get here but well worth the drive.

A little bit of ride from Ton. but well worth it. Course was in great shape and the pace was great. Got a great deal of $10.00 for golf and cart. CAN'T BEAT IT.
