Clearview Park Golf Course

In much better condition than it was a year or two ago, but that's not saying much as it was almost unplayable with craters on every green. A word of advise when booking this course or other city muni's. You may save yourself a couple of dollars by booking directly on their site compared to golf now.

A nice day for golfing, so many golfers on course, a little waiting on some holes. The greens issues some fast some slow, but not bad

Grabbed a tee time last minute and to be fair, the guy at the clubhouse did say play was slow. But it took over 5 hours to play this course and that was with playing ahead of the rest of the people I was paired with to try to move things along and also basically running the last 2 holes to finish before sunset. What’s the point of a marshall if there’s nothing done to speed up play? Plus the greens were in terrible condition; I’ve seen par 3 courses with better greens. Waste of $50 and 5 hours of my time.

I’ve been playing at Clearview for years and I’m finally seeing attention being paid to the course. I was pleasantly surprised to see the maintenance/grounds keepers working on the course as we played and keeping it nice.

I also noticed the greens being a little more challenging and tough to play. Play was a little slow but the ranger did a good job moving things along and addressing slow play with those that were holding things up.

Overall, the course was in good shape and fun to play.

The staff were all friendly and making us feel welcomed.

Course was not terrible. Most of the greens were in decent shape. Fairways could use some TLC

From the moment I arrived this place was filled with red flags. 7:33 AM tee time, I didn’t tee off until 7:50 due to them squeezing their “men’s club” in on an early Sunday morning. Once off the 1st tee it only got worse. I waited on every single shot the entire round. The fairways were equivalent to the rough in some spots. The greens were in horrible shape as well. They rolled slower than imaginable and they have damage on them as if they haven’t been cared for in years past. Tee boxes were green but only because they were covered in fertilizer, not grass. One par 3 had trees overhanging the approach on both sides. Honestly I would never go back here again.

The course is fairly flat with wide fairways, single treeline between fairways, missed drives findable. The greens and tee box ,hit or miss need work

Nice course, decent fairways, helpful staff.

Only ask is that the tee box needs to be mowed. Makes it difficult to set the tee with so much grass.

The course is in fantastic shape. A far cry then its dog track years a few years ago. New management has definitely improved the place and out group had a great time. There is still some room for improvement on some of the greens, but the fairways and tee boxed were in great shape. Pace of play was a bit slow as they are pretty much sending groups back to back but we ended our round in less than 4.5 hours. Im definitely coming back this year!
