Worth the trip
The course was worth trip out from the Island. The greens were exactly as I was warned! Definitely adding it to my rotation in the spring.

My favorite NYC public course, really nice layout. Not too many trees, so you can get away with being wayward. Greens are always running great and the practice facilities are the best I've come across as the city's public courses.

If not for the pace, a good round.
Pace at 5 hours. Not good. A slow midday outing bogged everyone down. Golfers ahead of us not j. Outing waited too long on each hole to tee off. The pin placements were absurdly tricky. Otherwise, the course was in great shape considering the overnight rain.

For any real golfer the course is the best around. Marine park over Clearview, dyker all of them. The conditions are beautiful right now. They’re running the course right.
