Great course
Found this gem on GolfPass. One of the best $40 cousrses I’ve ever played. Course was in excellent shape. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. If you’re looking for golf in the Syracuse area, I would definitely make time to go here.

Challenging course, great set up
I took my father for a day of golf and we had a great time. The course is very hilly with some great views. The greens were fast. Biggest challenge was not seeing most of the greens from the tees.

Pace of play was slow at the turn due to an event the ranger offered us some gatorades and got us on our way as soon as possible

Rained (finally) the day before, making everything green and lush. Course is ALWAYS in great shape thanks to the dedicated work of Javi's crew. I make it a point to play there 3-4 times a month (not a member as I like to play different courses too).

Leveled tee areas would greatly improve the desire to continue to play here.

Back home!
Course was in excellent condition, as usual. Not many people out as it was a Tuesday and late morning tee time. A welcome relief to hit balls off grass instead of the sand and dirt in Florida.

Course conditions were very good. Greens are very fast., but rolled true. Only complaint is that I wish they would use a roller to flatten out a few of the tee boxes. End up with ball above/below feet on a couple. Otherwise, course conditions were great, and zero waiting on any tee box for anyone ahead of us.

Absolute Gem
One of, if not my favorite public course in Syracuse Area, rolling hills make for some pretty awesome views and wide variety of shots, generously wide fairways. Course is always dry and in impeccable condition. Pace of play is fast but that’s because I always try to be first on the course, can play 18 under 2 hours. only quirk that’s mentioned in other reviews is the tee boxes could be leveled, but I can deal with it. Great value. Highly recommend, and highly recommend a getting a golf cart as this would be a very difficult course to walk.
