All around good shape but greens were a little rough and one was closed which was a surprise

Wasn't in great shape. Looks like weather took its toll in this course. Some greens were fine but others were pretty bad. Pace of play was excellent cause there was no one there. Nice layout, friendly staff but until the course comes back I won't play it again.

Conditions around the tees and greens were so-so, people do not fix ball marks. There was 1 temporary green, the course needs a fair amount of TLC

Don't let the 6000 length fool you, you have to be accurate off the tee to score here. Due to pretty pretty design and layout, it's difficult to overpower most holes with driver. Being semi-private course conditions were beautiful. Staff was super friendly and the kitchen made me a great burger before our round. Only thing is its impossible to get and early tee time unless you're a member.

Average Fairway & Green condition, no one repair divot...

This is a great slightly challenging course for amateur golfers especially when course is wet and soft conditions but definitely a fun and great play... Enjoy!!!

Course looking great, steady flow even in extreme hot days.

The course is on the shorter end but it's definitely not easy. Narrow fairways and small, quick greens with plenty of undulation. The course makes you use every club in your bag. They are fixing up quite a few bunkers and some of the bunkers in play have very little sand. Not sure if those are fixed or yet to be fixed. Highly recommended and it's rare to finish around 4 hours for a course around NYC. Definitely enjoyed my round.

Well conditioned and some tough holes Some easy ones but when you're not making solid conntact nothing is easy.

I was impressed by the course . If it were a little longer it would have received an excellent. Slope is 120 but it plays harder.

I had a $45 hotdeal, which made the overall value much better. The course is under construction on a lot of holes. If I had paid full rate this may have been an annoyance. Glad to see they are putting money back into course. Course is not a long course. Overall great day. Not worth $70 until renovations are done.

Even though they are doing a lot of work aroun greens,mostly bunkers and drainage,course is in great shape.Pretty crowded but did 18 w/4 people in 4 hrs.highly recommend.

For a busy Saturday afternoon, we played 18 holes in a little over 4 hours. The staff was friendly and moved everyone along.

LONG PAR 3'S. CHALLENGING GOLF COURSE. NICE LAYOUT

The yardage is short but the long par 3s protect it, tough 200+ par 3s. Greens were lighting like and in great shape. Tough thick rough. Good pace for Labor Day weekend

Have played Lake Isle several tiimes and it is a great course. Starter paired us with another twosome and we had a great round. The holes range from long par 3's to a couple tough par 5's but generally playable with minimal hazards.

Played a fairly, quick inexpensive round on a late Friday afternoon.

The Staff and conditions are first rate! The course is a great challenge for the intermediate golfer.
