Well maintained
For a city course, this place is well maintained. This is the middle of winter, but most tee boxes still have grass and the greens were in excellent condition. Kudos to the owner of this course. Will be back soon.

Course in good shape. Played today after some rain so conditions a little wet. Greens are just okay but apparently airr rated recently so a little bumpy. Pace of play was excellent. So overall a good experience on the course
