I liked the course looks easy, but it is difficult and challenging. easy to play, well-marked.
I am going to play again till is conquer.
Unique and tough course
Although it’s a challenge, it’s manageable if you think your way through it. The GPS on the cart didn’t work so that wasn’t good.
Fun target golf
Front 9 extremely tight. From white tees, tho, it's length offsets the tightness to make the course very playable for mid to high handicappers. Driver pretty much completely unnecessary on the front. Mostly great condition aside from some beat up spots on the tee boxes and unfixed divots on the greens. Mostly excellent for a muni. Lots of blind shots. Second time through will make the course much easier to attack and plan shots. Early tee time had fantastic pace with the ranger cruising around and making himself visible. Will be back!
Challenging but not overwhelming course
Hudson Hills has an interesting course layout. There are some very challenging holes, especially the par 5's with some easy par 3's. Some of the par 4's are long as well.
Ranger ix extremely biased
We had 4 sum played the course under 4 and a half hours, and the ranger keep coming at us to play faster. 3 sum was teeing off on next tee front of us and we are on green. There was 2 sum behind us but not sure how everyone can move faster. Why 2 sum was behind us? Either there is no one else or they shouldn't have 2 sum play. That ranger ruined a nice rounding we were enjoying, and never been chased like that before.
Course condition is amazing. From fairways to greens.
Front 9 has a lot of lay ups off the tee that causes pace of play to be slow, very narrow in places and a lot of hazards that make you sometime lay up with then a long shot into the green. Holes can be on top of each other and a lot of blind shots.
A great course to play, as long as you know what to expect.

Beautiful Monday afternoon, 4 1/2 hours.
Electric carts with GPS and excellent course conditions. Greens rolled well and rough was playable. Some challenging holes with blind shots, also offering risk/reward. No driving range, good putting and chipping area.
