Overbooked & Slow
The Golf course was overbooked, a round of golf should not last 6 hours under any circumstances! Poor management, or Greed. One would think considering the hefty greens fee you wouldn’t run into this situation every hole had a minimum of 2 sometimes 3 foursomes backed up. No valid reason except greed.

Challenging course but slow pace of play
I like this course and have played here many times. Unfortunately today the pace of play was very slow snd it took us 5:30 hours to complete the round.

We were surprised that a 9:49 tee time was available on a Friday. We arrived and started 10 minutes behind schedule. We Played three holes and were to
Very difficult course for average golfer, Great shape. No rain in 3 weeks very hard greens and the fringes of the fairways. We were told after 3 holes Cart path only. Being 66 with a knee replacement, a big toe joint replacement, and other issues nor what I wanted to hear. You need to be a Bllly goat to get around...I have played here a number of times before but had I known I would need to walk in from the cart path I would have gone elsewhere.
Played with a friend 71 and two others all struggled with the walking....

Cart path only is not good for anybody it is stupid.

Frustrating
First, the positives: courses in really good condition. The staff is friendly and organizeddFirst, the positives: courses in really good condition. The staff is friendly and organized.
Negatives; Very slow round due to lots of hills and cart path only even though weather supports using carts on course. We were behind two foursomes that were excessively celebrating with alcohol. Not fun.
The course layout is challenging and there are a number of really nice holes. However, many holes here feel poorly designed. Especially the par 5s

Very mixed love/hate
There is a lot of good things to say about this course. Very scenic. Some interesting holes. Typically in very good condition. However, some very annoying holes from a design perspective. Specifically all the par fives and a few others. They feel stuffed into available land and are awkward. No practice range. There is a putting green that they allow you to chip on. Way above average for a county course however often more frustrating to play here then joyous

Long and unforgiving
This course is challenging. It’s long, especially on the back and there’s four or five hole where every shot needs to be precise. It’s greens were in great shape and the 2nd cut is thick. Good luck!

Slow
Took 5 hours! Waiting 5-10 on every hole! Staff especially the starter could be friendlier. Course is in good condition but the carts were mostly old and dirty.

Good course
First time playing Hudson Hills & i think it was a solid course. There was little to no wait in between holes & the staff was excellent. The course was in good condition & they have created rules that help keep players safe during these times. The course is currently one person per cart and golf path only, so be ready to walk to your ball throughout your round. This course also eats up golf balls so be sure to bring extras. Overall, it was an excellent golf course and i will be back to play again this season!!!

Course is in very poor condition very badly maintained also car path only why wasn’t I notified this in advance I had a person with a bad hip would never have played if he had known this
