Decent Track Needs TLC
Like the layout and challenges this course offers, but they really need to work on the upkeep. The tee boxes were a divoted-up mess. We played one of first tees and when we got to 10, they had put a 4 some out in front of us to start back 9, screwing with pace of play. Lots of potential if they made the effort.

Quite the gem
Tucked away in Smithtown is the beautiful course with friendly staff and ample parking. Arrive early and take advantage of the driving range or chipping/putting greens.

Everything was fantastic and I played my best 9 holes ever. Can’t wait to go back. The only knock is through golf now I paid for 4 when only 3 were able to play and there was no refund for the 4th player.

Danicaps
Our golf club “Danicap’s 2022” lost one of the courses that we had in a 4 week rotation. It is no longer operating. A frieNd said call Wayne at Stonebridge. Well we are grateful for the heads up. Wayne and his crew were very accommodating, friendly and ready for the Danicaps group. Thanks for a great golfing experience.

Fun course, in great shape...
Always fun to play here, some challenging holes, some easier holes. Course is in great shape too..
Pace of play is always an issue, the layout isn't the best for moving golfers around.
There just doesn't seem to be a consistent starter..you walk up, check in, and then it's a free for all. Groups are sent out, but no one really checks to see if the group is a foursome. I was sent out as a single, but a group of two and three were sent out before me, I could have been added to one of those groups..
Still finished at a decent time, but had to wait on most holes. I did eventually join another twosome, but the front 9 seemed to take forever to finish..

Heat Stroke
Do not play in the summer without your own cooler of cold drinks. There is no water cooler on the entire course nor any beverage cart.

Good round for the money
First time playing this course. Staff was friendly and helpful. Nice clubhouse. Greens were in good shape. Fairways and tee boxes were ok. Seems like a heavily plated course. Pace was ok, a little slow at times but tolerable. Rangers were attentive and keeping play moving.
No water on course. I would play here again !

Excellent coarse, staff was warm and accommodating. I enjoyed playing here and the pace was good. Great idea having a ball washer on the cart.
