Nice course
Course was in great shape. Challenging. Greens were fast and well maintained. A couple holes you had to be careful on the tee box from other errant tee shots. Overall a nice experience at Stonebridge.

Not worth it anymore
Pre-pandemic, this course was a favorite. Great price offered after 2pm, $35-45 with cart. Today, while the course and services did not change, which was always Ok, the price to play is $55 no cart. With cart, over $75. In my opinion, this course doesn’t compare to the other courses near by, i.e., Mill Pond, Middle Bay, Willow Creek. Some of my friends have said the same and now, I can’t even find enough for a foursome to play this old favorite.

My Least Favorite Course
I played this course 3 years ago and I disliked it enough that I stayed away since. Having played all of the local courses, I decided it was time to give it another try. The course is laid out in a way that you are in danger from errant shots on 15 of the 18 holes. This the unsightly chain link fences at most tee boxes, but those can’t even protect you. The course is short, and the holes are laid out in a displeasing way in an effort to make a short course more challenging. Similarly, many greens are like carnival rides with mounds, severe ridges and bowls that make the hole inaccessible from many angles. The course was wet, evidencing poor drainage (one of the “bowls” on a green actually has a drain in it?!?), the sand was so compact and hard and the fairways, rough and greens were in good condition. The back 9 was better than the front, but there was a significant wait at every hole, a 5 hour 15 minute round. To add insult to injury, there were TWO Rangers on the course urging people to play faster as if we should all just finish holes quickly and instead, wait in a line at the next tee. I will never play this course again.

Did Not Get to Play
My husband was hurt on the job the day before and Stonebridge said I had to eat $90 because I made the reservation through Golf Now! Golf Now would not give me a credit or my money back! Therefore I will NEVER use Golf Now again or play at Stonebridge! Customer service is horrendous!

Overall great
Just walked and played 9. Very nice course with very little golfers midweek. Felt like my own private course. Course was hilly but in great shape. 10/10 value for 9 holes.
