Always a solid round at Stonebridge
Staff is friendly and the starters are always helpful with not just loading up the carts but getting you out there.
Great course, good layout
It has a small driving range for iron only with plastic ball behind 18th hole. The putting green is much faster than the regular greens. Hope they can increase the green speed. And driving range.
Highly recommend for all levels golfer.
Disappointed
Played on Wednesday, June 11. Early afternoon tee timegot out on time starter was very nice. Tee boxes are under construction with alternates at this time. Not a problem ,understandable for this time of season. It looks like the new ones will be in great shape. Course condition was good, greens in good shape but here’s the kicker pace of play was horrible. Had to stop after 13 holes. Ranger was present and I could see he was having a difficult day. He tried to maintain pace, but unfortunately, sometimes you could do so much. Maybe mornings would be better but unfortunately, I will not be coming back in the near future.
Slow play
The pace of play was poor. And it has been such for the last few rounds. The new GPS system is erratic and causes problems
Terrible conditions and unprofessional staff
I arrived at Stonebridge Country Club as a walk-on at 10:57 AM and was placed in an 11:30 AM tee time with two other golfers. From the second hole through the sixth, there was a strong odor due to the treatment of the greens. At no point were we informed that the tee boxes were under repair.
After completing eight holes, I returned to the pro shop to inquire about a possible refund due to the slow pace of play and the unpleasant conditions. The young woman at the counter informed me that refunds were not possible but said she would speak with the pro. Upon returning, she relayed that the pro had declined my request and did so with a slight attitude.
Throughout the entire experience, I remained composed and respectful.
Disappointing coarse
They need to redo all tee boxes not just 3 of them they arent level BIG humps in middle.Fix your irrigation system the schrubs by tee boxes are dead on a bunch of them. Not playing here anymore not worth $74 with a cart
Always packed no rangers.
Course is definitely a fun one. The greens are tuff and exciting. There are some holes that get you excited as they are short and inviting.
However the pace of play is terrible. This is my 3rd time on the course this year and each round was 5:30 to 6 hours.
That is absolutely terrible. Please space out the tee times….
AND GET A RANGER to at least see where the issues are.
Your course is not built for rapid fire especially since the layout is tight and to be frank terrible.
Keep your head on a swivel so you don’t get hit by a ball.
Overall it’s a fun course and the conditions are fantastic.
Tee boxes can use some work them not being flat freaks me out.
