Humpback Tees
Stonebridge is a great place to play. The greens are in excellent condition the bunkers play nice and firm and are all well maintained. The one issue I feel needs to be corrected iare the awful tees. Most tees have high ridges down the center making finding a level spot impossible. If you like uphill lies play from the left side but if you prefer a downhill lie go right. There are few flat tee boxes.
Pleasure to play golf in this course
Always very friendly staff made my day start with good mood. If there’s cafe for refreshments would be great. However, playing there is always fun and happy.
Broken Cart and Pebbles on the greens
Read the title. I paid 44$ for a cart with no GPS so I had no idea what the distances were until I got my own device between holes 9 and 10. Greens were full of pebbles. Cost me a stroke or two. The rest of the course was well kept and the staff was friendly even though I’m supposed to get a call back about the cart issue and it’s three o’clock the day after & still no call!
Need Ranger
Course is very good but you need a Ranger to keep things moving better. Probably lost an hour behind slow group.
Fair practice or learning course
Perhaps it was the time of year, the course was in poor condition. Greens appeared to have been recently punched. That all said, if you needed to just practice or take someone out to learn how to play and about the game, it works fine.
Ehhhhh
Tee boxs on the course are extremely terrible. The amount of "Fore" calls we heard coming from everywhere was ridiculous. The people in front of us were playing extremely slow. Not a great round
Course in great shape. Don’t understand the crowned T-boxes? Why not flatten them out?
Great Course, Horrible Tee Boxes
For how difficult some of the holes, and especially greens, layouts are, the tee boxes should be perfectly level. For some reason they decide to keep a hump in the middle of the tee box and it causes every tee to feel off. Fix this up please. Also the “9 hole price” should be treated as a twilight. If there’s the ability to play 9 more I should have that included in my “9 hole price”. For some reason of recent they’re clapping back on this
