About
The Fred Couples Signature course is the centerpiece of the Bridges at Preston Crossing. The golf course sprawls across rolling hills that most don't associate with north Texas. Mature trees dot the lush meadows, sliced with ribbons of tall native grasses. The parkland layout has a fair amount of challenges and it is especially tough on a windy day. There are subtle but tricky contours thanks to the undulating landscape and several strategically placed bunkers lurk throughout. Water is not too much of a threat on this golf course, except for the memorable finishing hole. This beastly par 5 lays measures 645 yards and wraps around a massive water hazard. The Bridges is a local favorite because not only is it a challenging round, it is also an affordable one.

The Bridges Course - GREAT Condition!
The bridges course proved to be top notch after what I’ve seen in the DFW area. The greens are a bit slower but in fantastic condition. Fairways are clean and the sand traps are deep. Looking forward to my next round there.

Great facility
Course was in great shape even playing in the wet conditions! Staff was great during this covid craziness you could tell the place was clean and they were allowing people to drive their own carts if requested will be back for sure.

Definitely worth the drive...multiple tee boxes for long and short hitters...green complexes are large and undulating ...course will challenge your short game

I do understand it’s winter time and there’s no grass now but from what I’m seeing there won’t be much in the winter either so you are hitting off of hard packed clay that’s with really hard or completely muddy there was no in between. Greens are tough and sloped with difficult locations making approach shots off of concrete fairways impossible to stop. Tough day on the links.

Good Value
I have played at Bridges several times. The pass of play is better in the AM. Maybe golfers are more familiar with course. Always in decent shape and the greens are fast. It is in winter conditions, but so are all the other courses. It is hard in the wind!!!

Fun layout
Great greens, in good shape for this time of year, worth the drive for the hot deals if you’re coming from North dallas area.
Good staff, balls on the range Free was a great bonus! Shot a 37 on the front with 3 birdies so, it fits my game And this time of year the roughest playable, I’m sure in the summer this is a little more challenging if you miss the fairway

Worth The Longer Drive
One of the top golf courses in the DFW area that is available to the general public.. Not tight but has very uneven lies in all fairways & large undulating greens where every putt regardless of the distance is a speed put. Many sand traps need more sand & more rakes. This course is worth the longer drive.
