Great December Golf Day
One of our best golf days this year. The weather, course, & staff were perfect. With a noon t-time we seemed to be the only ones on the course. No one in front or behind us..
Great Day at Barefoot Bay
To begin with the staff was super accommodating, they were ready for us on the first tee, we didn’t have to go in the clubhouse to get our receipt. They also gave us a choice of how many carts we wanted to use. The course itself was in pretty good condition.. No one slowing us down in front & no one pushing us from the rear. It was a great round.
Course Needs WORK
This course has great staff and location; however, the course conditions were terrible. Throughout the first hole, we lost two balls due to the grass just off the fairway being too high. There are many better courses in this area for the same price. Stay away from this course until they can get a better system for maintaining their course. The greens were the worst I’ve seen in Florida.
Tuesday at Barefoot Bay
Tuesday is league play day so it’s not recommended for open play on Tuesday, I wish we were told when we made our t time.
Weather was good
Carts were very clean and sanitized. That was the best part of the day. The course needs work the rough was 6 to 8 inches high. The greens were terrible. Course is very short with to many par 3s.
Needs work
This is an executive course.
Needs lots of work.
But it has rained lots this week
Furthermore, the greens were slow.
Not much excitement with this layout
No driving range
Basically a level entry golf club.
Sorry but no for me
But good for high handicapers
