Dunes at Sandridge Golf Club

We love the Dunes and Lakes at Sandridge. Lakes is nicer / "fancier". Cant really beat the price for the quality. Many courses charge at least what it costs here in and out of season and they arent even close on condition usually and layout never. The dunes greens were nice and tight but there were some long dead 2 to 3 in lines across multiple greens. DK what it was but could be mechanical or possibly chemical like fluid from equipment. It did not affect play. The sand is like mason sand and was super loose, dry and windy-ish..cost me a few too many strokes ;-). Will be nice when they finalize the remodel around the clubhouse / parking- been a while. They got a good fresh turkey sandwich (and others)- not expensive as it could be at all. The chipping / pitching / sand area for practice is second to none, its 40min for me to get there and im gonna start going out of my way to practice here.

First time playing the Dunes course and it is equally as nice as the Lakes course. There is no better deal for such a nice course that I am aware of in all of Florida. It was recently aerated, but that is a necessity for all courses at some point in the year so no big deal to me.

My favorite area course. Someone on the maintenance team needs to check the equipment. EVERY green had damage from some type of fluid leaking from equipment. 3 to 4 stripes, from back to back and side to side of dead turf about 3 inches wide. This course is usually in top notch condition. Won't stop me from going back, just a little surprised they let something like that happen.

conditions of tee box to fairways were excellent greens rolled ok but looked like they were just punched recently but still rolled ok enjoy course immensely

We've played Sandridge 3 times now and the courses are great. Highly recommeneded for the price!

Course was in great shape. Greens a little bumpy from being punched but almost healed. Had a slow foursome in front of us. Did not see a marshal. On hole 11 we jumped ahead as there were two holes open in front of them.

Course was in very good condition and quite challenging

I like the Sandridge course’s and the Dunes is a good good one, golf is a target game so don’t let this one fool you it’s is target oriented off the tees if your trying hard to break par! Nice tee boxes fairways greens and bunkers ! Overall I rate it pretty high 4.5 outa 5 stars just because my only perfect would be winning millions in the lottery! As for golf you’d be hard pressed to find better without it being private or a resort course!

I have played this course twice before and it’s a good one! Length well kept greens and fairways, bunkers good and not over filled with sand! I’m old and a fan of course design that lets you play a fade or draw off the tee boxes! Good stuff going on here folks!

I enjoy playing this course whenever I can make it up this way.. I recommend it to anyone looking for a nice afternoon on a beautiful course

Takes me an hour to get there, but worth the drive!

The course was in great condition. From the tee box to the greens. Everything was good!

This particular day was practice day day for junior golf event.Should have all those paired together,instead of mixing in general public players.Other than that no complaints.Definitely play again.

Overall the course is in excellent condition, will play again. The only problem was pace was slow and didn’t see the cart girl at all, but a great time……..
