About
Boca Raton Municipal Golf Course is home to an 18-hole Championship Course as well as a nine-hole Executive Course. Both courses were designed by Charles Ankrom across a gently rolling landscape of mature trees and winding lakes. The Executive Course provides great practice before the Championship Course but it is also a great place for beginners to learn the game since it is player-friendly enough to appeal to all ages and skill levels. For more advanced players it provides a quick, enjoyable round that can be played in less than 90 minutes. The layout is a mix of par 3s and par 4s with no par 5s. There are a few strategically placed bunkers but overall the golf course is geared more towards a less experienced player. In addition to the two courses, Boca Raton also offers a driving range as well as putting and chipping greens.

They Don't Care
Nice layout, good course condition. One of the better 5 hour rounds in South Florida. Great for seniors - 10 minutes between every shot provides time to recover. What Player Assistants?
Great Warm Up Course
This is a well maintained course, not too much trouble, Florida Flat, interesting enough to be a first round in a while for a snow bird coming down for the winter that has a bit of rust to knock off. My favorite feature is the $2 short bucket of balls; just enough to warm up, all too often I leave half an $8 bucket on the range, you won't do that here. Starter has always been friendly.

great value but pace of play should have been better
great layout and good value but the course pace of play policy was not in evidence on the Sunday we played it. Weekdays may be better so we'll try it then.
good for the money
Well maintained and greens were good with average speed. A busy day when I played so it played slow. You could play there in 3 hours on a not so busy day.
Worth the price paid.
For a first time at this course I would say I was very satisfied. Freindly staff. Course in good condition. Greens are maintained but they are to fast. Avoid weekends. Too crowded. Its a 4 hour course that took us 4 3/4 hrs and we couldnt play the 18th hole because they closed the course at 6:40 when in my opinion should have closed at 7:00. It wasn't dark at 6:40.

Course is in good shape and well maintained. I play it regularly
This course is great for beginner to intermediate players. The rough and wooded areas are kept clean which makes for a forgiviing course. Kept in great shape. The layout is great with some water and clean sand traps. I play the course regularly and never tire of playing it.
Little above average public
Public course... nothing terrible, nothing great. You've seen much worse. $15-$20 range on golfnow is worth it.
Well Maintained Course
Boca Municipal is in as good a shape as I've seen it in years. The greens were rebuilt last year, are well maintained, and are the right speed for the average golfer. One feature I like about this course is that there are not many forced carries, so the average player can enjoy the round without losing a dozen golf balls, although there are challenges throughout the 18. .
