Red/Blue at Westchester Golf & Country Club

pace was a little slow on the front, moved quicker on thback.

A little pricey but has a great layout and super greens, fast and true.

An interesting and well presented course with all playing surfaces in very good condition. Sufficiently challenging and varied but enough opportunities to score well and keep a card going. Played at a steady acceptable pace.

I would recommend it to all golfers, however, high handicappers will have a hard time with the water and distances; without ignoring the wind. take your "A" game and "Bring it on".

Went as a single. They were very nice and quickly connected me with a group for a nice round of golf. COurse was in great shape and we finished around 3 1/2 hours.

It was easy because I played from the white tees- there are two other back tees which make the course more difficult. It was an enjoyable course with a good restaurant facility. I was able to get a great price on golfnow.com!

This is a very average track, that features unfriendly staff. I really can't put my finger on it but the staff here seems like they don't want to work here or don't appreciate the clientele. They are not nasty but come close. In any case, the course itself is actually three nines, you'll play the nine they choose for the day; Red-Gold-Blue. All similar each with an quirky hole or two, whether it be the par 4 1st on the blue that is tight with OB houses on the right with an active road on the left, or the longish par 3 on the red that borders a road on the right and thru with a lake to carry. You will also need to navigate the local streets, crossing in the carts at a four way stop light (blinking) and fairly active. Too many houses for my liking but such is the way to build courses in Florida.

With family living off one of the holes, I usually play Westchester on my trips to Florida. It's always in superb condition and fun to play. Generous fairways and a nice collection of water holes. It's challenging without being impossible and the pace of play was surprisingly fast. Very good range, too.

We play every year we come here for the winter. Keep it up

Loved this course! One of the best in the region. The course is in great shape. Fairways were well maintained. Greens were excellent and fairly quick. We will definitely be back when we visit again!

We were early for our tee time and the starter sent us out right away. The course was in great shape and the greens were ecelelent.. Lots of water and open fairways. The houses along course did not come into play. The course is very spread out and gives a good tour of the country club.

My favorite in this area for combined good quality course, good service and good value is Atlantic National. Westchester is not quite as good as Atlantic and it is more expensive. However, it is a decent course with many interesting holes.

Course was in good shape, I found that is why a little bit dry specially in the rough. Pace of play was great, greens in good shape

This course has 3 challenging nines. I played the red/blue combination. The courses are very well maintained and enjoyable to play. There are numerous lakes and sand traps, but good shots are rewarded. I enjoyed playing this course and look foward to playing it again. A real bargain out of season.

Played course on a windy day and the fairways are wide enough to work ball in the wind. The greens are rolling about 11 and are true and well maintained. Staff is friendly and accessible. At nearly 6900 yards, plenty of water and sand, Westchester is a good test for any level of player.

For the longer hitter, you"ll have a wedge in your hand for your second shot all day. The course is well maintained, and is a fun track to play. love the doglegs. My buddy laughed his butt off cause I teed off on one hole with my 9 iron. I was shooting for inside the 150 marker on a 300 yard hole, lol. Very pretty course. I just never seem to find a deal on golfnow. I think westchester's prices are solid.

We aren't beginners but we aren't pros either. this course is perfect. Great wide fairways and well kept and manicured greens.
