Par 3 at Westchester Golf & Country Club

I've played Westchester in the past and enjoyed it. Unfortunately, this time the greens had been topdressed with sand. Also, we caught up to a slow 4some on the 13th hole which brought us to a full stop. Until then we had been moving quickly around the course. Wish there had been a ranger around to usher us through this slower group.

Between 9s, the snack bar was manned by an unfriendly guy who acted like we were interrupting his nap. Food was o.k.

I like the Westchester layout and would return when I can get a deal. At full price, no.

We played the Gold and Blue courses !

The design is very good .

The only problem was the speed of the greens, much to slow and need a verticut.

I have played at Westchester more than a dozen times. The course layout is interesting and fun to play. The greens, rough and fairways are in excellent condition. The same cannot be said for the tees, which are in poor shape...bare and sandy. They are being worked on. Fortunately, the condition of the tees doesn't affect the flight or roll of the ball.

The 18 holes took 4 hours and 5 minutes.

Staff was very friendly.

I will happily play there again, and presumably the tees will be in better shape.

The course waving good shape but the greens were very sandy. Made it tough to putt. The staff was very courteous.

Good layout course in good condition even though recently punched. FYI the rough is just that rough not easy to get out of if you get in trouble.

This was a really good experience. The staff was polite and provided good details about the course. The starter was very friendly and made us feel welcomed. I will return to this course in the near future.

Roughs are very high and fairways need some attention but over all fun course.

Greens rolled quickly and smoothly. Fairways and tee boxes are in decent shape. Back tees are just ok as I'm sure they don't see that much action but I'd like to see them a little more trim. No qualms with anything from my round today. Some of the bermuda rough can be tough to get out of so stay in the short grass.

Good challege. Red was the front nine, opens with a par 5 dogleg right, water comes into play on at least 6 of the 9 holes. have extra balls. Back nine Blue easier but still has challenges for correct shot placement.

Good experience. Greens were in nice shape. Compliments to the Superintendent of the course.

Except for a few uneven tee boxes the overall course conditions were great. Greens were in great shape; faster than they looked. Lots of bunkers and water hazards, so you need to be somewhat accurate.

Played the other day but the round was ruined from the half a dozen times when the grounds crew had no regard for me as a paying client. I had to wait numerous times for them to finish what they were doing before I could continue to play. Never have I seen this on a golf course. They should allow players to keep pace and momentum rather than have to wait for them to finish.

The Hot Deal came up when I opened my app and I had to jump on it because this is a great golf course.

27 holes great course, the green are nice and good course for people just starting to golf

Not told greens where just aerated so putting non existent and cost to play with greens in this condition not aceptable.

Played on Labor Day. Rate very reasonable for holiday. Pace of play wasn't bad. Course was in great condition!
