What a course
Played here for the first time and what a treat, the course was in superb condition with some magical holes especially the back 9 (we hit of 10). This is great value for $85 must play when on the Peninsula
Paying for round via 3rd party site.
I was happy about everything until I found out I paid $50 more to play for 2 people as the site I booked on wasn't the Racv website.
I typed in Racv cape shank and I obviously was directed to this 3rd party site which does nothing for my Racv membership.
Good day at Cape Schanck
This is a scenically beautiful course that is well laid out and each hole quite different, especially on a windy day. The course is not long, but is challenging with well placed bunkers (some were relatively bare and could do with more sand in them) and challenging greens. It caters for beginners to good players (our group was from 13 to 36 handicap and big and not so big hitters) and we all enjoyed the course.
