Over all nice to play at enjoyed the day nice layout.
Pace of play
Played today 7/7/2024 and the pace of play was the worst I've ever witnessed playing golf in over 20 years. Arrived 30 mins before tee off time to be met with a back log of buggies waiting at the first tee. Got talking to one of the earlier tee times and they were on a society day and the club managed to squeeze them to an already busy schedule. I was playing as a 2 ball and managed to get waved through by a group who were playing as a 6 ball?? We ended up catching the society group up by hole Hole 4 and they had no intention of letting us play through. I'm no Rory Mcilroy but these guys were spraying into the trees, into the water and all in all taking forever to play. In total it took us just short of 5 hours to play 18 holes which is horrendous. There were four lots of buggies behind us who had had enough and just drove through back to the clubhouse. All in all a long day.
Excellent
Haha lovely round of golf with a guy I got paired with that was only his second time playing so it was lovely just having a relaxing game with him.
Then after my game I caught up with my fiance for lunch at the club. It was a lovely day.
I will be using golf now app to book all of my rounds.
Wet and windy
The course ended up being flooded due to rain/thunder and lightning and cancelled after 9 holes
Phoned the next day and the staff were very amiable and offered a 9 hole credit
Staff were very customer orientated , will return to finish the round
Dissappointing
We could not do a positive full review , due to only being able to play 9 holes due to the weather
We were told to leave the course due to thunder and lightning in the area and play was suspended
The GolfNow deal was not as beneficial as it seemed as we also payed for a cart for a full round therefore $112 for 9 holes is very expensive
A credit to play again would have been a compromise
Xmas golf
Xlnt course
Value for money
Greens are very well kept
Never again
Every man playing dropped 3-4 balls each didn't care how long they took. There was no Marshall pushing g ppl along and I was very close to getting hit by a ball on the hole where there is a hill n the tee off spot you can't see after we all knew it was extremely slow they should have waited till they could see me. No apologies and bot one guy cared. Never again will I bother playing there!!
Good layout but greens only average condition.
Enjoyed the course but the greens need some work to bring up to standard.
This course is great
The pace of play was really poor. There were 2 groups of 3 that went in front of my booked tee time. Constantly waiting for 10 minutes on each tee box for the course to clear.
Not great for the price
Overpriced course. Fairways and greens need work. Overgrown rough. Very slow game play.
Slowest golf ever
The pace of play was ridiculous. They allowed a group of people who have never played before clog up play. They refuse to allow anyone through and the course did nothing to allow this. We even got sworn out by the group as we asked them to speed up. Over 3 hours to play 10 holes.
Luckily they returned carts at 6.15 so we’re able to finish the rest of the course by 7.15. Place needs Marshall’s following the pace of groups.
Few tricky spots.
Good course great value and friendly staff.
Good course for those who want to step up from flat courses and throw a bit more tricky situations into their game to challenge themselves a step further. Great course. Always find friendly people and groundkeepers. Few little challenges, mainly the par 3s have to thread some needles or play the sloped greens.
Fun course over all and throws a good average of flat and challenges.
