Glades Golf Club

Top notch layout. Course still damp in places which made some standard fairway shots much harder. Greens mostly in great condition although a couple showed signs of damage. Pace of play slower than expected. Plan to return and play in better conditions

Played with three very friendly guys. Despite the recent heavy rain, the course was in good condition. A most enjoyable day.

My first time playing this course, and I was really excited as I've wanted to play here since I was a kid. Due to the floods, the course is tired and rundown. There were a few greens that were like tarmac, and the pace of play was dreadful, even when considering I was solo. Definitely not worth the $70 unfortunately.

Terrific course, every time I play The Galdes I am always in awe at the condition of the course. 2 faults though but these will be due to the recent heavy rains: They being the 2 bunkers on the 11th hole near the green and the 17th green which was badly impacted by the floods. Can't complain though as the rain would have affected all courses on the GC. Love playing here.

The course is really well designed

Unfortunately the course was in really poor condition due to big recent storms and greens were very poor

The whole infrastructure is run down and need money spent to bring it up to its former condition.

It’s such a shame that it has been let go

An absolute great course! Considering how it was under water a week, if you didn’t know you wouldn’t! A well looked after course! Can’t wait to come back!

Probably being a bit harsh given the recent rain events on the coast

All the bunkers were out of play as they were the last time I. Played

After 9 holes which went pretty well time wise. We drove to the 10 th tee and there were 5 people with 5 buggies hitting off. Another group of two how were obviously beginners were behind them

No idea where they came from as we were following a group of four

Disappointed to say the least

Great layout but looking a bit rough on the greens but overall was a great day’s golf

Played with 3 other friends we had had several days of rain over the last couple of weeks leading up to the weekend that we played the course was in good condition but a little bit wet in areas where we could only ride the buggies on the path , so second shot you drove up the path and walk over to you ball with a hand full of clubs to take the next shot , it was a steady game of golf as we two in front of us and a slow group of 4 in front of them but everybody was patient and we all enjoyed the game of golf

For a Course that had so much over night rain the course was a testament to the Ground staff that we could play at such a high standard

Had a mid-morning tee time - Weather was perfect..sunny 28c slight breeze. After some rain in the period leading up to this round the course was green and lush. Tee to green 10/10. The greens had some patches and some had some mixed grass coming through. The layout is excellent - typical Norman design with smaller greens, lots of bunkering and some shorter par 4s which challenge your thinking. Super day on a super layout. Highly recommended.

I was held up by player playing multiple (3-4)balls. Using the coarse for practice purposes. This could have coursed a confrontation.
