Drainage problems
Greens are ...........not greens they are browns. Very rough patchy surface.
Will not go back if I can help it
Such a shame could be much better.
Very old out of date.

We are seniors and this is a good course for us, shorter holes, interesting layout, good price and excellent friendly staff. The course is dormant in January but very playable.

The course is changeling and the people are very nice. And it was a great deal.

Foxwood suffers from many issue
greens and faiways in poor condition
fairways have many soft/waterlogged areas which will gobble up a ball.
Fire ants everywhere including tees so beware!!!
Price was $19 bu considering condition and out of way location should even be less.
greens very bumpy and grass poor making putting a real challenge.

Nice layout but course has been neglected.
Little grass on the fairwways and greens.
Drainage is poor, course very soggy even though it hasn't rained in a while.

This was my first time playing this course. The overall condition of the course was good, especially at the price I paid on GolfNow (Hot Deal). The staff as well as other players were polite. I would play again for the price when I'm in the area.

The 24 mile drive was not worth the quality of play. The fairways are terrible on all 18 holes. The grass is a thin sheet of cardboard paper that decintigrates with the slightest contact to reveal a muddy foundation. If you regularly take a divot, be sure to bring a wet wipe.

The greens were ok compared to the fairways. The cart paths are so bad you may need to see a chiropractor if you ride a golf cart.

The range has the same poor grass as the fairways but in limited patches with old golfballs from the 1970s.
I paid $10 to ride. And that is all one should pay. It was not busy so the round provided a 3 hour practice session of putting and trying to strike the ball without taking a divot.

The staff and patrons are the best part of the experience. I was pleased with their friendliness. Especially when I lost a club cover due to the bumpy cart paths, It was waiting for me at the clubhouse.

With all the rain we have had in the past couple months, the course was in rough shape . We had a much better experience this time. Fairways were playing great and the greens were much better. I love this hometown course!
