Colts Neck Golf Club

Pace can be an issue from time to time but it’s worth a play.

Wow. What a difference a year makes. I play colts neck whenever I come to visit my brother at the shore. Last time I played here last summer it was ok but the greens were a bit rough and the fairways seemed to be suffering a bit too. Not anymore! I was stunned by how much this course has improved since I was last year. The greens are not only fast but look great too. Like something you would see on TV. The fairways were like carpet which was great for iron shots. Yes, I agree that tee boxes could be better but mainly because they have alot of divots which is a function of heavy play and they were still good anyway. All in all I was very pleased. I have played many of the nearby private clubs and this experience was on par with any of those clubs. keep it up guys!

Absolutely loved this course. Unfortunately my game was not there but I will definitely be back.

The pace of play was slow, had two people in front of us who kept taking multiple practice swings and plying another ball, when a bad shot was hit

First time played, in a local fundraiser outing. Will be my last. Very disappointed in course and overall facility conditions. Multiple tee boxes in need of significant maintenance. All graded with no level areas. You can't find a stance in any tee box where your feet are level with the ball. Like moon craters. Greens also in poor condition, inconsistent from hole to hole. Fairways are fair, at best. Practice facility showing its age. Downstairs bar basically falling apart, leaking ceiling, cabinet doors falling off. No pride in ownership.

A little pricy, but worth it. One of my favorite courses to play at. Always in good condition. Shame it rained.

Fun course to play. Good layout with some interesting approach shots and carries and a good layout overall. Have played a few matches here and looking forward to the next friendly round there.

I live up in Somerset County but always looking for different courses to play. Colts Neck is a fun track with some really interesting holes, some challenging approaches and carries, and a good layout for a fun 18 holes. Have played in a few high school matches here and its a good course to play with friends as well. Looking forward to the next round there.

Fairways and greens where perfect. Tee boxes where absolute disaster. And for the 100 I paid they should have been way better. Also for that price they should give you range balls. Course needs better markings on the cart paths because they intertwine with each other. Either signs or arrows on the paths.
