Not worth it
5 greens under construction which no one told you about prior. Every tee box seemed to be moved way up from where they normally are and no one working inside to get food at noon at the turn.

Highly Recommend for your event
We've been holding our annual golf outing at Gambler for the past 8+ years, three of which, I had the pleasure of organizing. My experience has been wonderful and Susan and John have been an instrumental part of the puzzle to ensure that we plan a successful event. The staff, grounds and catering are always exceptional and our golfers always have a great day. We look forward to hosting our event again next year.

Lack of communication...
Serious lack of communication between the course and Golfnow. Showed up to the course for my tee time, only to have the staff member inform my group of 4 temporary greens. There was no mention of this on golfnow or the courses website. If I would've seen this Information, before I booked on golfnow, I would've taken my business elsewhere. On top of the 4 temporary greens we were notified about, there was actually a 5th. Ended up being a waste of money to play 13 holes. Will not be returning to this course until their conditions are better communicated thru golfnow

Always a great round at Gambler Had an elderly foursome ahead of us but some may consider me elderly also. Have them the benefit of letter them take their time

Not worth the price
The course condition and layout was really disappointing considering what tee time charges was. There are far better options with lower charges.

Great Day
Can not get anything at the turn except a hotdog and we tried to order some nice big burgers they said no only 4 ounce burgers we were going to pick it up at the 12 hole ? Try Calling in from the seventh hole no one ever picks up the phone

Worst golf experience
This was by far the worst golf experience I have ever had playing. The course wasn’t in bad shape. But my god when you wait 20 min at each tee box there’s a problem. Played 4 holes in an hour and a half so I ended up just leaving. Ranger said we’re getting them out quick today when I was packing up dropping off the cart and I said not today. Told him about 4 holes in an hour and a half and he tried to say a group finished in 4 hours. After I told him how my day went he didn’t say anything. So clearly they know there’s a problem they just don’t want to fix it. Terrible do not golf there.

Needs work and a great layout
Staff was good. Course needs work! Being a former course maintenance worker, Tee boxes need to be seeded and watered. To many bare spot and ground was hard to place tees. Golfer need to replace and repair ball makes on green. An there are to many water and torn up spots in fairway and rough.
This could be a fantastic course to play and with the layout of the course very challenging to play.

Good time
Staff was excellent and very friendly! Pace of play could have been a little better, but overall was a good time and actually broke 80 for the first time with a 79!!

Stevie Wonder Was The Starter
Before we tee'd off, the starter claimed the course was in great condition. Well, I think he needs his eyes checked because that couldn't be further from the truth. If you're a fan of pot holes on the tee boxes and greens as hairy as an adult film actress from the 70s, then this is the course for you.

Great pace
The course was in good shape although the rough was extremely thick and the greens a bit slower than normal. But, we were the first tee time and played in incredible time of 3 hours. We were a threesome and other than looking for a few balls caught in the rough, we flew through our round.
