Slow play
Beautiful fall day . Waiting on every hole sucks!
Pace of play was horrible.
The only savings grace was I shot 76 on punched greens
Fall Golf
The weather was perfect, course in great shape and played with two great guys I didn’t know who rode out from Manhattan. I am glad to see more sand in the bunkers and a redo of a bunker on 11. Consider this my home course and love the practice facilities also

Course was great, however it would’ve been nice if GolfNow let me know the course was just aerated prior to payment, instead of AFTER I paid for the round.
Then I get an email confirmation saying course was just aerated, which at that point I have no option to cancel & choose different course…
Staff was unbelievably friendly.
Foursome behind us was rude but other than that it was nothing short of an amazing experience. The staff was so nice and went out of their way no matter how big or small just to accommodate.
Extremely nasty in pro shop
I’ve been to the course many times I’ve always liked the conditions they are consistently good but last few times I’ve had an issue with the woman in pro shop she is extremely nasty in my opinion and I won’t be going back
My go to Course.
As an avid golfer who plays once or twice weekly, there are plenty of options. NONE come close to the value, service, conditions of Mill Pond. I live 4 miles from Bethpage but still take the hours drive to play Mill Pond. Pace of play is never an issue, course is always beautifully manicured, great greens, great service, friendly staff & pricing is excellent for this challenging layout.
Great Course
I enjoy mill pond. Had a twosome in front of our threesome and it was only an issue on a couple of holes. Tee boxes were fine and the greens were well maintained. Open layout and didn’t lose any balls but as with all courses, hit it down the middle of the fairway and you’re Golden.
Played this course a lot last season and need to get back to playing here. Good stuff.
Cloudy day but a beautiful day for golf
The day was cloudy and overcast but the slight breeze made it comfortable to play. Joined up with a couple of gentlemen who made the round very enjoyable. The course is in great shape, the greens were firm which made it challenging to hold on your approach shots. Other than that, a great day to play golf.
Great Fall Golf
Course was in better condition than I expected. Fairways & Greens are in very good shape. Course will play nice this Fall. Mostly Open Links and some trees on back of course, makes this my new go to course this fall. Par 70 @ 6300yds makes this course a very good challenge .from the Blues...
Great public course!!!
I play this course regularly (every wed). It is always in great shape, the staff is extremely friendly and attentive. The course plays at a very quick pace (4 hr max).
