Beautiful town course
I love this course you can play it wide open but run the risk of treacherous tall grass and rough a more strategic approach isn't a bad idea but the greens are small and fast so playing longer irons in and getting them to stick is a challenge. Either way a good short game is a must. Course is in good shape for this late in the season pace of play was good today. Traps had some rocks that need to be racked out but thats really my only complaint.
Pace of play slow
Marshals should be on course to move groups along .
Sand traps need to be redone
Large rocks in dirt makes for a horrible sand trap. I dented my wedge the first time and took relief after that. Otherwise it’s a good course and the greens were in really good shape for a public course with a lot of play. But the sand traps are an abomination.
Course is beautiful. Pace of play was horrendous. Had to walk off after 11. Took 3 hours to play 9.

Despite the rain in the prior 36 hours the course was in great shape
Played round in 4 hours flat with steady play
Fairways and rough fair/ clean
Grounds crew was working traps
Greens in excellent shape
Tee boxes need a little work
Overall- fantastic
Well maintained
The workers there are very nice and pleasant.As far as the golf course I like the layout .You’ve got your challenging holes and holes that you can just swing freely.The greens are in good condition as well as the fairways.I would definitely recommend this course..I know I’ll certainly be back
Great challenge.
Used to play here all the time. Nothing has changed. Five hour round.
Holiday Weekend
Ran a bit behind on tee times and pace was slower than usual but wrote it off to being a holiday weekend. Overall conditions were good and staff was friendly.
Good shape players need to fix their divots! The pace of play was slow we played a 5 hour round as a 3 some not quick enough
Carts
Showed up was told no carts that had already been paid for on golfnow, had big storm night before but this was for a 2:00 tee time…Couldve at least sent email in morning of cart restrictions….
Challenging and fun
I used to play here every weekend a few years ago. Nothing has changed.....my round was 5 hours! It's too bad, because it's a great course!
