Course conditions
A lot of big bumps in cart path ways and cart path transitions onto course.
No ball cleaning stations at any hole.
Held up well in the rain
Played with 3 friends and the skies opened up for about 20 minutes around the 7th hole. It rained really hard, friends playing other courses in the area had to come off the course because the greens were unplayable. Here, we had a few puddles in the fairways, but the greens weren't affected at all. We were able to finish our round with no problem.
Watching paint dry
Mill pond is a great layout in great condition. Unfortunately tee times are 8 minutes apart so the pace of play is awful. I love this place but won’t be back

Every thing good except golf cart paths are TERRIBLE I Had to go for back and kidney surgery after playing FIX
PACE OF PLAY
I play here frequently and the pace of play must be addressed. One ranger out who does not do anything, it is a shame because the course is nice but ruins the experience when it takes a 3 hours to play 9 holes.
Too many golfers of a certain rude, and very slow type here. If you're a golfer on long Island, you know exactly what I'm talking about. Stay sway.
2 hours to play 6 holes and left. Such a shame. It's a nice course
