Usually a beautiful course
Staff is great, pace of play is great however, condition has taken a turn for the worst. Middle of many fairways is in total disrepair, bunkers are filled with pebbles and stones, some areas of the rough after a previous days rain were still flattened muddy grass. Overall everything is nice, but charging full rate with the current condition is a little much. Course conditions make it look like it is heading the way of great rock.
Find fairway or lose your ball.
Played course many times in past but first time this year. Never seen course in such bad condition. Every fairway burned. The 15th hole par 5 from tee to green looked more like a plowed (aerated) farm field than golf fairway. If you deserved a free drop in the fairway due to conditions, you would have been hard pressed to find a spot worth the drop. Greens in very good not great condition due to golfers failing to repair ball marks. I like the course layout and have enjoyed playing it over the years. Would even play it again with present condition but not at these rates. In its present condition this is a $20 course.

love the challenge, with many tight fairways and some nice long challenging holes. accuracy is most important, since being on the wrong side of the fairway can make your approach a little difficult. love playing here much more than cherry creek, it's sister course across the street. not as long but more challenging .

Trees
Tough course from the blues, many challenging holes. Course is in good shape, some bare patches here and there. Greens were firm, but chewed up pretty bad around the holes. Its tight in spots, and if you get into the trees (like I did a few times), it can be hard to get out.
Staff was great, very helpful and cheerful.

Tight but fair
Stay in the fairway and you will. Score. They call it the woods for a reason . Course is in great shape. Does not play like your typical Long island course. Feels more like upstate with elevation and contour changes.

Super friendly pro shop , great starter. As a twosome we played is less than 3 hours. Course is in great shape. Can't wait to p[lay again.....

Appropriate name for course
A lot of Woods, you need to be able to hit straight, otherwise lots of trees!

Tight course great greens
the course is extremely tight but in tremendous condition the greens are fast and undulated the staff is tremendous

Nice Middle Of The Week Day
Course was in good shape after all the rain we had. Greens litte bumpy from the rain. Over all by Memorial Day Weekend it will be good.

The Woods
Course is in great shape from the winter. Greens weren't reading true speed on some holes. Course was little wet. Challenging pin placements. Course is tight. You pretty much have to hit the ball straight off the tee. Good for women golfers because its short course for them.

Good course
Course is in good shape considering the early spring. Nice greens and tee boxes. Good mix of hard and easier holes.

Good condition great value
Played there first time with a hot deal. Course condition is great for winter season. It’s a bit wet today otherwise fairly good. Some pitch mark on green was. Or properly fixed. Staff is friendly and even put the rain cover in participation of possible rain which turned out to be small drizzle for half hour.

The course is in great shape
The course was in great shape except for all the leaves. Usually the leaves are near or under the tree areas. They were all over the course, it was difficult to find your ball even in the middle of the fairway.
We apologize for the leaves this time of year and will make sure to address it. We hope you'll come back soon!
Worth the drive
Although it’s almost to 60 mile drive from me this place is well worth it. The golf course is in extremely good shape tea boxes and greens especially. The layout is superb you hit every club in your bag and you must drive it well. The folks in the shop or super nice and always encouraging you to come back
